I would appreciate my friends on Topix to report Jorge to the United States Department of Justice. In several postings he tried to scare me that if I stay in Puerto Rico my life is in danger. Many times he has used death threats against me. He has also done these death threats with other members of Topix who disagree with him.

I am not making this up. Check out his posting of comments. Is it against federal law to post these kinds of threats on the internet? Is Jorge a nut case or serious about his threats to harm me?

Could he be a Tucson, Arizona, type or should I not take him seriously?

Please advise how I should handle these threats of possibly being murdered from Jorge. How do I bring all this to the attention of federal authorities?

The above comment that I am replying to is not the first comment along these lines of possible harm or death expressed by him. Does he arrange to have someone murdered me because I disagree with him?

I feel very uncomfortable with his threats. I strongly feel that it is absolutely wrong for a member of Topix to suggest several times that someone's life is in danger if he continues to post on a news forum such as Puerto Rico News - Topix.

I hope someone from federal law enforcement will see this discussion topic and do an investigation.

What is the best way to handle this? Take him seriously or dismiss it as being nuts, clueless and mean?

You ended up believing your own garbage-that all Puerto Ricans are murderers....yankee.

You've lost touch with reality.

Move back to where you consider it safe...like Florida and New York (remember I have the messages where you posted it)...and have posted that life, here in P.Rico, has become unbereable....and unsafe.

Take my advice and leave P.Rico for Oregon, San Francisco, Michigan, New York or Florida....

You have choices...you don't have family here.

I am truly concerned for your peace of mind.

What's holding you here?

Nothing...

I love Puerto Ricans and Puerto Rico. There are only two Puerto Ricans who I do not trust and for good reasons. Also, I have never said that I did not like Puerto Rico or its people. Hundreds of Puerto Ricans will testify that I love Puerto Rico and its people.

You and David Lopez keep insisting that if I or other Topix people do not agree with you, it is because we hate Puerto Rico and its people. The complete opposite is true. You are completely different from the wonderful Puerto Ricans who I am fortunate to know and have as friends.

However, you have expressed hate against the United States and other countries. You have tried to degrade other people based on their nationality and/or race.

I have never told a person to leave the United States. You are constantly telling me and other Americans to leave Puerto Rico as though you are the Supreme God who determines who lives or does not live in Puerto Rico.

It would be wrong and sinful to tell a Puerto Rican to leave the United States mainland as you frequently tell many non-Puerto Ricans to leave Puerto Rico. In fact, you have even told Puerto Ricans to leave Puerto Rico because they "were not good Puerto Ricans' according to you.

It is wrong and perhaps illegal for you to tell me to leave Puerto Rico or I could be fatally harmed on more than one occasion.

Yankee, go to Chardon Ave. and report that your life is in danger and show printouts of Jorge's messege. They will find him using his IP address.

Yankee, when people cannot debate intelligently about a subject they take the alternate route of nonsense, threats and gibberish to throw the subject off. This is their way of copping out of any meaningful discussions. The guy spends his day copying and pasting nonsensical statistics from websites all over the place instead of using his own knowledge of facts to debate. Dude, don't even sweat it.

Threats on your life via internet are considered crimes.

Print out the threats & report him to the FBI as well as local authorities.

Please take these threats seriously.

You have to convince yankee to leave immediately for Livonia...(like you're doing with your brother and Arecibo family)...

yankee's concerned with all the murders in Puerto Rico and the Marxist revolution unfolding right before his eyes...

Try to convince him...(you said that you have your brother almost convinced)....

yankee has to leave...He can't go on living between gates, locks and always looking over his shoulder...

He's 84...for God's sakes...have some compassion for him.

Is there a space for him in Livonia?

Jorge plays a game of always revealing that I am Bob McCarroll -- Robert McCarroll. He finds it is very important to reveal my real name. However, he hides behind a pen name as a street protester wears a mask. There can be something cowardly and dishonest about using pen names and masks to slander or threatened people who do not agree with you. What is Jorge's real name or identity?

In an earlier post, either in anger or as a threat, he said his name is Raul Feliciano. I searched the internet and discovered that about three or four years a ago, Raul Feliciano posted on Puerto Rico News - Topix. His style of posting is identical to Jorge's style. Search the internet for Raul Feliciano. He stopped posting about the same time Jorge started posting. I remember the postings by Raul Feliciano. They were outrageous and sounds a lot like someone now posting.

Raul Felicino and Jorge types love Topix because you do not need to registered to post nuts, clueless, mean, off-topic comments.

David Lopez used to have battles with Raul Feliciano and later Jorge. Now he is buddy buddy with Jorge. Why a different attitude towards Jorge who has not changed and behaves as the earlier Raul Feliciano? Is this a case of "strange bedfellows"?

By the way, the federal authorities have the skill to search someone's history of postings to determine if laws were violated. I did not keep a file each time Jorge threatened me because at the time I did not take his death threats seriously. I considered it bravado nonsense. If there is probable cause the FBI or some other federal authority would prefer to do their own research of original files than rely on a file if I had one. They want the original source not a secondary source from me or from anyone else.

Is this something to take seriously or a tempest in a tea pot? Are you aware of simpler behavior on the internet blogs?

You will always find moronic trolls on every blog out there. Unfortunately we are stuck with these two uneducated nuts. They're both probably subscribed to the National Enquirer. Its what I call "Minimal Knowledge - Maximum Opinion"
