I have to give him and all jibaros who venture into a foreign language my congrats.

Who cares what in heck was he yappering about, we, island taxpayers, payed over a thousand dls daily for him (alone), which included a five star hotel, meals, travels in the city and other expenses.

They know they should party now because it's over come 2016. That being said his English is better than I expected. Hell half the PPD isent even talking to the other half. Half of Harlem Shake Yulin's staff has resigned including the vice mayor.

Referring to women as "bitches" is ignorant and repulsive. I think he was drunk when he gave that interview.

The trip was essential in order to obtain more Federal law enforcement resources and an exemption from No Child Left Behind ... in an ironic twist of fate every single state and territory has applied for an exemption.

He even made a new friend: Prince Andrew Cuomo <shudders>
