Gov. Tim Kaine to hold trade talks in England

Gov. Timothy M. Kaine is holding trade talks in Europe this week. Kaine planned to meet Tuesday with Rolls-Royce officials in London after spending Monday in Warsaw, Poland.

He should take that money and put towards the roads.

Wasting tax payers money, he should try and fix Va. before he tries ti lure in some other fools. The leaders of this state are truely a mess.
