He was originally from Murphy in the 1980's before migrating to Marikina because,as I learned,he was being hunted by members of the Bahala Na Gang in Murphy. Now he is a changed man. So,let's give him a chance in life to serve you people of Marikina. So,personally nominated Totoy Bato for vice mayor of your stinking city of Marikina.
