When I had surgery here through the VA my Filipino Doctor told me one of his patients in Angeles City was mailed a $10,000.00 U.S. government check for back pay from a claim approval. The guy got a call from someone in the Angeles Post Office telling him unless he paid him $1,000 dollars he would not get the check. I had a claim approved and they told me they mailed the check I told them to immediately cancel it and direct deposit it. No Bank in the Philippines will accept a U.S. Government or State check even for deposit as even after you deposit it the check once it's one the way to the Philippines central bank gets stolen. If you want to mail anything remotely important use FedEx.

Foreign visa applicants told to claim ACR I-Cards Foreign visa applicants told to claim ACR I-Cards ABS-CBNnews.com Posted at 04/19/2012 1:15 PM | Updated as of 04/19/2012 1:15 PM MANILA, Philippines – The Bureau of Immigration on Thursday urged foreign visa applicants to claim their alien identity cards (ACR I-Cards). “This card is proof of a foreigner's legal residence status. Without it, a foreigner is deemed improperly documented and may be sanctioned for violating our immigration and alien registration laws," said BI Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. David said more than 3,000 ACR I-Cards remain unclaimed at the BI office. A foreigner who holds a non-immigrant or immigrant visa should present the I-Card to immigration officers at a Philippine port of entry every time he or she enters or exits the country. David warned that the visa of a foreigner will be downgraded to tourist who arrives or depart without the I-Card. BI Executive Director Eric Dimaculangan said many of the unclaimed I-Cards have been in his office for many months. “I cannot understand why the owners of these I-Cards do not bother to claim them. Perhaps, they do not know how very important these cards are," Dimaculangan said. Foreigners who applied for I-Card issuance are urged to check with the BI website at www.immigration.gov.ph if their cards are ready for release. Under the rules, foreigners whose petition for an immigrant or non-immigrant visa was approved by the BI must apply for their I-Card to perfect their residence status in the country. The I-Card also serves as the foreigners' reentry and exit permit which they must bring whenever they travel in and out of the country.

Immigration tightens rules for PH-born aliens ABS-CBNnews.com Posted at 06/03/2012 3:42 PM | Updated as of 06/03/2012 4:54 PM MANILA, Philippines – The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has adopted stricter rules in registering and issuing visas to dependent-children of resident foreign nationals in the Philippines. In a statement, the bureau announced that as per a memorandum circular issued by BI Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. last May 24, there will be new guidelines for registering dependents of foreigners who hold both immigrant and non-immigrant visas. The circular provides for the cancellation of visas of the non-immigrant alien dependents, who were improperly registered as native-born foreigners, even if they are not qualified under the immigration law. After December 31 this year, the registration of foreign dependents who were mistakenly given native-born status will be cancelled. The bureau's alien registration division has 30 days to submit an inventory of the "native-born" dependents and instruct the concerned aliens to apply for the correct visa with the bureau. The circular, which was approved by Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, emphasized that dependents of non-immigrants aged 18-years-old and below are entitled only to the visas granted to their parents, whose stay in the country is only temporary. BI acting alien registration chief Atty. Ronaldo Ledesma said his office discovered the records of hundreds of alien dependents who were mistakenly registered as native-born foreigners just because they were born in the country. Ledesma said the mistakes in registration were caused by "confusion and misinterpretation of the law" brought about by the lack of clear and definite guidelines for categorizing and registering alien dependents. "These new guidelines provide uniform rules for registering these dependents, thus avoiding confusion in determining the status or visa that should be granted an alien born in the Philippines," he said. He emphasized that the general rule is that "the visa status of immigrant and non-immigrant dependents shall always be co-terminuous with that of their parents."

29 alien fugitives nabbed in 2011: BI abs-cbnNEWS.com Posted at 12/22/2011 4:09 PM | Updated as of 12/22/2011 4:09 PM -MANILA, Philippines – The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Thursday said a total of 29 alien fugitives had been arrested in the country in 2011. BI Commissioner Ricardo David Jr. said most of these fugitives were already deported to their respective countries to face the charges filed against them. The fugitives included 15 Americans, 6 Koreans, 3 Japanese, a Norwegian, an Australian, a Chinese, a German, and a Taiwanese national. They were accused of various crimes including child molestation, rape, drug trafficking, swindling, human trafficking, gun possession, murder, robbery, and financial fraud. The bureau also noted that number of arrests rose to 29 in 2011 from 23 last year. It attributed the increase in arrests to the creation of a team within the fugitive search unit (FSU) dedicated to running after foreign fugitives. Maria Antonette Bucasas-Mangrobang, BI acting intelligence chief, said the bureau has been closely working with the Interpol and police attaches of the different foreign missions in Manila to track foreign fugitives. The expelled fugitives were also placed in the bureau’s blacklist of undesirable aliens. This means they are banned from returning to the country.

Philippines is a heaven place to Foreign criminals.
Too many Foreigners took advantage to our young girls in the Philippines. They corrupted their minds by giving them few dollar change.
Ban all girls from 25 year under working in a bar.

All were mailed to me and deposited into my bank account by me and never had one bit of trouble.

Western women should pay White women to go to the Philippines and f@ck Filipino men and produce babies. Once they're born, the White Women can leave the babies to the Filipino men and leave the country, no strings attached.
