Political Dynasties Are Destroying the Philippines

May 11, 2013 | Posted by: Philnews | Full story: www.philnews.com

With midterm elections just days away, it bears repeating that from our perspective, Philippine elected officials leave so much to be desired. And one reason why we seem to have such a dearth of top-rate individuals is because political dynasties are pervasive throughout the archipelago.

yes, this damn political dynasty are really destroying our country, specially the Binays. vice president, member of the congress, mayor of Makati and now, running for senator. they want to be the king, queen, prince and princess of the philippines. they make politics as a profession.

Filipino votes are for sale. That's why the dynasties always win because they are the ones who are willing to pay filipinos for their votes. A single vote can cost 500 to 1,000 pesos. An honest candidate has no chance to win at all because the vote sellers want to be paid like in a stinky dirty wet market.

and that is the fault of the filipino people for allowing it and especially voting stupidly knowing already the meaning of dynasty. they even accept vote buying. whatever sufferings the country is in they deserve it since they the voters are immature and idiots. so their life must go on and that is with a bleak future except for the elite, wealthy and political warlords. loolllllll

no flips are fooled. they are intimidated and afraid and you will either take the rice and money or youll suffer the consequences.

after this years violent election i hope that no more diplomatic efforts will be given to the fils. they show that they are not worthy to be called civilized.
even your VP campaigns and supports family dynasties. your leaders and your leadership will always OWN YOU.

theres no point in discussing future progress for flips. your destiny is decided and your country and your lives are in an unstoppable downward spiral of despair.

RIP FLIPS

no way, Philippines is the oldest democracy in the region. The way you're describing it is like one would describe of Cambodia

If the americans and japanese didn't colonize the philippines, and truly gained independence by 1898 like cuba, the philippines would have reached its present wretched state much earlier (like cuba) and surely would have become a communist country the same time as cuba.
