I had an opportunity to meet a campaign assistant Florention Monsanto for Radazza's wife. He is city hall worker. He said his daughter would clock in to work at city hall and then go home for the day, everyday to take care of her children. He claimed he would be a millionaire from kick backs he would recieve through the mayor and vice mayor from contractors that were chosen to do the reclamation project.
