Some Pinoy Public Servants Don't Take Their Jobs Seriously Enough

On May 25, 2012 the Syrian military began bombarding the town of Houla located north of Damascus in the Homs region of Syria with heavy artillery. The town had become a stronghold of the Free Syrian Army and rebel forces seeking to overthrow the brutal regime of President Bashar Assad. After shelling the town for hours "government militia then went house to house slaughtering entire families without compassion or mercy" according to British Foreign Secretary William Hague who had earlier spoken with United Nations observers as well as independent witnesses inside Syria. 108 civilians were killed that day, 34 of those women and 49 were children.

That is correct it is socializing before job performance, that is also true in the private sectors. Americans are all business in performing jobs and the managers always demands more and more but in the philippines it is play socializing and cutting corners monkey see monkey say monkey do. When are they going to change their habits and behaviours is a big unknown. They are nice and expect niceties back so a slight conflict of opinions end in a big fight like killing each others. They needs to change and it would take a string of leaders to instill the values into their chidish veins.

Other problem is they have no outlet of their hidden talents as they are too much into austerity and thery hardly upgrade tools and equipments and they are not much on the competitions of manufacturing and exporting business. For the most part they just dont have reason and means to project themselves to the worlds busyness arena and in its competitive standards. Or something like that.

Philippine business does not cross over into international because of their business practices here.

Business here operates on graft, corruption feudalism. Sometimes it's easier to murder the competition than compete against them. Nepotism leads to unqualified people unmotivated to succeed.

Age and sex discrimination is part of this culture. I always see signs for hiring 18 to 25 years of age only. Sexual harassment on the job is rampant.

Customer service is not part of a business model. Employees untrained in their jobs. Very common for me to ask a question and just get a list of equipment and prices as they know nothing else.

Are you sure their talents are hidden or are we really saying "for the most part" the majority are talentless.

They may have been ordered not to attend as they would not want to risk all those OFW jobs in Arab countries by having to vote against their masters LOL!!

chain saw is correct.. power saw can be any saw , electric or gas or air or battery. what brand is it?
does it have an anti kick back bar? hope not...:)

any place else it would come with a file and oil,a bar cover and a manual.

theres a place in the city that my mechanic friend here took me to buy tools. they have files and 1000s of other tools.

its run by a flip , fronting for an... well.. you dont want to know.

dont hit any rocks and careful of those nails in the trees.

Filipinos are stupid...

I was once at a SM...and I bought two umbrellasfrom a bin..that was right up at the front entrance of the store...

the store cashier would not sell me one of the umbrellas because it was longer

if you know anything about SM hiring practices they higher university graduates for cashier positions

so even thought there was a price tag on both...
she didnt believe it..

and I told her to go check the bin if she did not believe me...

of course she didnt...

so then I said to her... you need to use your head...

there is a difference between a cashier and assistant manager

obviously if items are thrown in a big bin at the front of the store with a discounted price...

it is because the store is trying to get rid of the stock..

do you want to be a cashier for the rest of your life????

looks of bewilderment

Stupid retard... my name starts with U...Beggars with bigmouths...

and even if I was a western beggar?

that would put comfortably as upper middle class in the Philippines...

and more importantly allow me to sex your young women for 20 dollars a night...

anyways SM is NOT a Austronesian APE mall..

just staffed by APES at the lower levels...
