Today is the Feast of St. John The Baptist. I'm happy that I attended the weekly General Audience of His Holiness Benedict XVI. I raised my bordeaux umbrella with the message: VIVA IL PAPA BENEDETTO!!!

Hey,I remember that when I was still in the Phils. It used to be so fun during this day. People threw water with each other. We'd usully go to the beach to celebrate more. What was bad was, there were people who threw water on anybody even those who are not participating on it like those dressed to work, etc. Some morons even splashed septic water to anyone.

On early 80's,if I am not mistaken, the government banned throwing water on anyone during St John the Baptist's day.

Hi, "Space1"! I hope to attend the Feast of St. Peter's and St. Paul which will be held on the 29th of June. The Vatican is celebrating Pauline year since June 29, 2008 to June 29, 2009 on the occasion of the 2000 birthday anniversary of St. Paul. On the other hand, St. John the Baptist is our patron saint in my hometown. I just hope they ejoyed their town fiesta celebration.

Monte, when connected to the internet your ISP assigns your connection an IP. That IP is visible, so to speak, unless you use a method to mask it.
