This is a story? Really...what are they going to say when they are paid by Manny? LOL!

Manny is scared to fight Mayweather. He insists on making sure that Margarito fights fair (demanded inspections of Margarito's tape and gloves pre fight, though this is NEVER standard practice for the other camp) but won't accept Mayweather demanding the same thing. That is truly funny. Pathetic and expected but still funny.

Not liking Manny makes me a target here. It's easy to like him - he fights well, gives back to his community and smiles like a poor kid who just became a millionaire. He gets to fuck actresses and some people even thought it was wise to elect a guy who gets punched in the head for a living. Manny is the man in the RP!

He won't fight Mayweather until, like De la Hoya, he is over the hill. Pacquiao demanded proof that Margarito wouldn't cheat in their fight contract! Mayweather simply wanted the same.

Quit saying that crap already! First of all, Margarito was caught with loaded gloves before, wasn’t he? Has Pacman been tested positive in any of his blood testing?! Where is the comparison there? Secondly, there is no definitive screening test for loaded gloves so it is only reasonable for Pacquiao to ask for one, especially because Margarito has a track record for that malpractice. One the other hand, there are already existing and proven mandatory drug testing imposed by athletic commissions on fighters, so why in the hell would Gayweather ask for special blood testing for Pacquaio who has ABSOLUTELY NO record for drug use?! Finally, during the first round of negotiations Gayweather requested random blood testing up until 14 days before the fight, and in response Pacman said “for the sake of all boxing fans”, not only did he agree to the 14 day cutoff but volunteered to a blood test RIGHT AFTER the fight! Did Gayweather sign? ROTFLMAO!

Sure, whatever you say, assclown. LOL!

He was.

The comparison is that Pacquiao apologists claim that he meets the standards of the observant commissions. They claim he has to do no more than what they require.
Yet, he demands something above and beyond for the Margarito fight. That is pathetic but expected.
Secondly, there is no definitive screening test for loaded gloves so it is only reasonable for Pacquiao to ask for one, especially because Margarito has a track record for that malpractice.
You were dropped as a child, right?
Of course there is a way to inspect tapes and gloves! A commissioner and the referee inspect them. In some states they sign the tapes and in others they must attest to it in writing on a form filed pre-fight. Stop pretending.
One the other hand, there are already existing and proven mandatory drug testing imposed by athletic commissions on fighters, so why in the hell would Gayweather ask for special blood testing for Pacquaio who has ABSOLUTELY NO record for drug use?!
Hmmmm...why do ALMOST EVERY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ATHLETIC ORGANIZATION have more stringent testing then? That's right, from cycling to rowing, the governing bodies have all stepped up and mandated more proficient ways to detect abuse.
Keep trying.

Finally, during the first round of negotiations Gayweather requested random blood testing up until 14 days before the fight, and in response Pacman said “for the sake of all boxing fans”, not only did he agree to the 14 day cutoff but volunteered to a blood test RIGHT AFTER the fight! No, he did not. From ESPN on December 22, 2009 -
"The Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather welterweight title megafight, tentatively scheduled for March 13 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, is in jeopardy because of the camps' failure to agree on the manner of drug testing for the fight.
In an interview late Tuesday with the Grand Rapids (Mich.) Press, Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum told the newspaper that the fight is off.
According to Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, Pacquiao refused Tuesday to agree to the Olympic-style drug testing procedures the sides had been negotiating.
Mayweather requested that the drug testing for the fight be in compliance with the United States Anti-Doping Agency, which handles testing for Olympians, "to ensure fair play and sportsmanship by both fighters."
“I understand Pacquiao not liking having his blood taken because, frankly, I don't know anyone who really does. But in a fight of this magnitude, I think it is our responsibility to subject ourselves to sportsmanship at the highest level. I have already agreed to the testing and it is a shame that he is not willing to do the same. It leaves me with great doubt as to the level of fairness I would be facing in the ring that night.", Mayweather said.
"We appeased Mayweather by agreeing to a urine analysis at any time, and blood testing before the press conference and after the fight. Mayweather pressed for blood testing even up to the weigh-in. He knew that Manny gets freaked out when his blood gets taken, and feels that it weakens him. This is just harassment and, to me, just signaled that he didn't want the fight."
Olympic style testing is more rigorous than the drug testing performed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission and other state commissions. It would involve random blood and urine testing before and after the fight. Nevada commission testing only tests urine for banned substances, once just before the fight and once immediately following the fight.
Floyd Mayweather Sr., the fighter's father, has repeatedly accused Pacquiao of taking illegal substances, even though Pacquiao denies it and he has never failed a drug test.
According to Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer, who is negotiating the deal with Top Rank president Todd duBoef, Pacquiao refuses to have his blood drawn within 30 days of the bout based on his superstition of testing so close to a fight.
"Todd told me that Pacquiao has difficulty with taking blood and doesn't want to do it so close to the fight," Schaefer said. "He, Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off press conference and after the fight."

So...that would make you a liar. Thanks for making it so easy to show the forum.

Wikipedia:

“The Mayweather camp wanted random blood testing by the United States Anti-Doping Agency, whereas Pacquiao refused to have any blood testing within 30 days from the fight, because he thought it would weaken him, but he was willing to have blood taken from him before the 30-day window as well as immediately after the fight. Freddie Roach, on the other hand, commented that he would not allow blood to be taken from Pacquiao one week before the fight. In an attempt to resolve their differences, the two camps went through a process of mediation before a retired judge. After the mediation process Mayweather agreed to a 14-day no blood testing window. However, Pacquiao refused and instead only agreed to a 24-day no blood testing window. Consequently, on January 7, 2010, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum declared that the fight was officially off.”

This was the first round of negotiations I was talking about where Gayweather agreed to a 14-day limit....

Still from Wikipedia:

“After his victory over Clottey, Pacquiao was expected to return to boxing in late 2010 with a possible matchup against Floyd Mayweather Jr. It was later reported that Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer and Top Rank Chief Bob Arum worked out a '"Super Fight" between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. However, complications arose when Mayweather requested Pacquiao undergo random blood and urine testing up until the fight day. Pacquiao responded that he would agree to undergo blood and urine testing up until 14 days before the fight (AS REQUESTED BY GAYWEATHER IN THE FIRST ROUND OF NEGOTIATIONS), stating that giving blood too close to the fight day would weaken him. On May 13, 2010, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum announced that he had penciled in November 13, 2010 as the date of Manny Pacquiao's next fight, possibly against Mayweather. However, the stumbling block over demands that Pacquiao submit to Olympic level random drug testing put the fight in jeopardy.”
----------

See Pacquiao agreed to his terms of 14 days but Mayweather reverted to Olympic level random drug testing!

Wait! There’s more….(I just made someone look stupid already and I am just getting started, lol!)

Again from Wikipedia:

“On June 12, 2010, the President of Golden Boy Promotions, Oscar De La Hoya, stated during an interview with a Spanish network that the deal for the fight was very close and the negotiation process has been very difficult. On June 30, 2010, Arum announced that the management of both sides had agreed to terms, that all points had been settled (INCLUDING PACQUIAO AGREEING TO SUBMIT TO BOTH BLOOD AND URINE TESTING) and only the signature of Floyd Mayweather, Jr. was needed to seal the deal that could have earned both fighters at least $40 million each. Mayweather was then given a two-week deadline for the fight contract to be signed. Arum also announced that Pacquiao accepted the terms of the random drug testing, blood and urine, leading up to the fight!”
----------

Wow! Pacquiao accepted the terms of the random drug testing, blood and urine, hahaha! The fight of the century, finally, hahaha!

Seriously, when you quote Wikipedia - a compilation of postings without verification - you just look like my punching bag again.

Secondly, you are quoting dates that are long after the initial discussions. That is funny!

Go to ESPN and see that on the date I mentioned, a story ran to attest to the Pacquaio pussy parade. I see you are a cheerleader in it. Wear that skirt proudly, punching bag...live the dream! LOL!

Those Wikipedia quotes are not without footnotes, and guess what? One of the references is your favorite ESPN, LOL! Besides, those facts from Wikipedia are recent developments, it's not like they happened hundred of years ago when we weren't born yet. The turn of events between Pacman and Gayweather unfolded right in our midst, weren't you watching the news? ROTFLMAO!!!

You are truly funny...in that "Hey that guy is licking a turd." kind of way. LOL!

I see no footnotes in your posts.

What I do see are numerous mistakes in timeline. My post reflected the original fight talks. You can pretend that yours did. You can also believe that Manny didn't use performance enhancers, cheat on Jinky or deserves to be in Congress. You are good at pretending.

Thanks for making this so easy. ROTFLMAO!

FYI, I edited to remove the footnotes and hyperlinks in those quotes as I know Topix text editor doesn’t support the hidden scripts, ROTFLMAO! I know too how to shut down a dimwit, so here is a sample copy paste with the footnotes in it for your reference:

“The Mayweather camp wanted random blood testing by the United States Anti-Doping Agency,[67] whereas Pacquiao refused to have any blood testing within 30 days from the fight, because he thought it would weaken him, but he was willing to have blood taken from him before the 30-day window as well as immediately after the fight.[68] Freddie Roach, on the other hand, commented that he would not allow blood to be taken from Pacquiao one week before the fight.[69][70] In an attempt to resolve their differences, the two camps went through a process of mediation before a retired judge. After the mediation process Mayweather agreed to a 14-day no blood testing window. However, Pacquiao refused and instead only agreed to a 24-day no blood testing window.[71] Consequently, on January 7, 2010, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum declared that the fight was officially off.[72]”

Timeline??! Your f*cking ESPN article is dated December 22, 2009, I mean how f*cking old is that? Don’t you agree we should include latest developments in the discussion so we get the whole picture and f*cking determine who is chickening out??

BTW, on June 30, 2010 after Arum announced that Pacquiao have already accepted the terms of the random drug testing, blood and urine or what have you, Gayweather went into hiding (LOL!) and failed to respond to the Top Rank website embedded with a countdown clock with the heading "Money" Time: Mayweather's Decision! Several weeks later, f*cking Gayweather re-appeared before a press conference and announced he is taking a year off, and may be considering to retire for good! Hahaha!

Give it up, f*cking-gayweather-fan cowboy! LOL!
