Let's start! many developers here have the same issues -someone i know brought a house and lot from CAMELIA - when they went to sell they had a big problem and could not get the title as the developer had yet to subdivide the land and seperate the indivual titles from the mother title.after three years you would think that should have been complete.

I can't believe that condominiums can be set for a leasing arrangement even in a short period of time. She only stayed in the country for about a month. She's been telling me how great the interior of the development is. It's from DMCI Homes if I'm not mistaken, correct me if I'm wrong.

The owner were telling me she can only put one house in the title but all three properties will be mine. I drop everything there is no way I'm going to make that kind of deal. filipino think I'm stupid beware if you're planning to buy any real estates properties in the philippines you think you already own the property after you pay them but you've surprise you own nothing.
