No one has stated that Israel does not have child jails or prisons or detention centers or whatever you want to call them.

Every country in the world has juveniles who have been arrested, convicted, and is sadly serving time.

* One thing I did notice is that many Palestinian web sites list everyone under the age of 22 as a 'young offender.'

That would affect stats as other nations use either 18 or 21 as the cut-off age between 'juvenile' and 'adult' offenders.

Is it possible everyone is wrong in how this is being handled?
Arguing the numbers of Isrealis or Palestinians killed by rockets is telling a portion of the story.
Suicide bombers, rockets and assasinations are unfortunately accepted business as usual in this part of the world
A thousands of years old "clan" fight can't be fixed with negotiation (or killing) alone
Palestine kills Israel citizens for what they believe... Israel responds with overwhelming force in hopes of deterring further attacks. Not much deterrence so far
Obliterating the entire gulf region would stop it
Other than that, they are going to fight for thousands of years more
Cut off the military spending, aid, and food subsidies to this part of the world, and let them throw rocks at themselves until they reach the current century
This part of the world is full of the arseholes that every family has and is embarrassed by. Unfortunately they always seem to figure new ways to make us shake our heads
