Israel's attacks are defensive. Hamas' attacks are retaliatory. Thus, it would seem that Hamas has no intention of stopping the rocket attacks on Israel. It may not be an easy task if they wanted to stop the rockets in any case. However, Israel has shown that they have restraint in the face of these attacks. Yet, Hamas continues to allow or sanction the attacks. I don't know whether it is stubborness or stupidity.
Isreal had it right when they targeted the leaders of Hamas. This is apparently what they must do once again, IF the rockets continue to hit Israel.

First, the People of Israel do not purposely endanger civilians. The terrorists in Gaza hide among the civilians to encite nerds like you to make such ignorant comments.
Second, you've never heard the People of Israel "claim responsibility" for civilian attacks.
Third, if Israel would simply give notice to evacuate, then destroy all remaining men, women, children, dogs, cats and goats in Gaza; then "occupy" that land which they willingly gave to the Palestinians "for peace", they would finally speak in a language those folks could understand.
