Your article says that Palestinian militants fire missiles into Israel "frequently". Is that supposed to be understatement? Try- Daily, many times- daily!! When you mention Hamas, you fail to mention that Hamas has sworn, publicly, repeatedly, in it's charter, that they will 'destroy' Israel. That might add a little light to your article. Rumour control here are the FACTS:
First quassam hit israel in 2002. Since then 22 people have been killed by some 3050 rockets fired. Thats 22 people in 6 years.

To put that in perspective in march Israel killed over 100 Palestinians, including 25 children (Amnesty International). In february the figure was over 130.
These deaths come from Airstrikes and artillery bombardments against civilian infrastructure.

For some reason the american press feels Israeli attacks on civilians are legitimate (despite the huge death toll) whereas Palestinian attacks on civilians are not.

Neither are legitimate.

As of 1 march 2008 (wiki) 119 Innocent Isreali kids have been murdered in this savagery while 982 Pal kids have been slaughtered by the Israelis. Who is right and who is wrong? its kinda irrelevant at this stage.

If Hamas were attacking Arabs on a daily basis, we'd see another Black September (Jordan slaughtered 25000 palis in less than three weeks) or Black August" where Syria completely wiped out a Sunni city of Hama, killed everything, including the dogs, and paved it over.
