1) Pak defense budget last year equals 2000cr which is 1700cr less than what bollywood earned last year...leave Indian defense budget for other developed countries to compare.
2) Indian Railway budget almost equals Pakistan's home budget for last year, i don't know where this comparison leaves Pakistan's railway budget. The gap was just 20Cr which is what Mumbai's local trains earns in 40 days.
3) The total tax earned by Pakistan's govt. last year including excise is 15cr less than what Indian Govt. earned from just two states of U.P. and Himachal, that makes Indian tax collection as the 4th highest in the world taking into account for all the states and union territories.
4) Pakistan's film industry made a whooping progress by earning 680Cr this year, much more than expected but on other part Indian Bhojpuri film industry and Trollywood made much more than 680Cr. The bollywood's budget is of no comparison and very soon will be fighting neck to neck with Hollywood.
5) Indian movies have often been nominated for Oscars but never ever heard the same from the other side, sad but true.
6) The no. of Engg graduates this year across India including all the colleges is much much greater than the total no of school going students. That proves that Pak education is no match for Indian education standard. The total graduates were around 5.7 lakhs. Apart from that prime institutes like IIM,IIT and AIIMS are world's top ranking institutes which i cannot find on Pakistan's Map. Hope they are wondering how these institutes look like.
7) The Total cultivable land in India is itself greater than the Pakistan, and the amount earned on selling the cash crops is even more. This leads India to major contributer of food grains in world. India expertises in exporting Wheat, cotton, Sugarcane, millets, groundnuts, Soyabean, rice, sunflower oil, pulses and many more. Coming on to natural resources and there mining India ranks no 1 in mica and bauxite ore. A large reserve of Uranium and thorium in the world is found widely in our country. Gold,Copper,Coal,Crude oil, Natural gases, limestone and ferrite ores are available in plenty. Never ever heard of any natural resource available in Pak..that readily makes India self dependent in setting up Industries and infrastructure. To add the cherry to the icing Indian diamond mining was highest last year in the world......Waiting eagerly to here from Pakistani on this because i never heard of pak.. exporting raw minerals....thats a big turnoff....
8) Talking of development Indian Govt. laid down 1100km of railway track and build 1700km of Highways....last year...as far as i know no such big developments are made in Pak from a long time.......
The whole comparison is injustice to Pak..just b'coz they are in no comaprision to what India and Indians have achieved....still if they think that Pak is more advanced or devloped or is a bigger Nation than Indian allow me post some more threads that will clarify some more doubts in Pak centered minds.
The above posted Statistics are taken from survey done by UNO, Times mag. and other NGO's across the world. Whosoever may doubt the validity of these data may kindly google out the results and post 'em, Coz we accept what is truth, coz we are Indians.

Highlighting Pakistan’s role in peacekeeping efforts, the Pakistan Contingent Commander Brigadier Ahmad Nawaz said,“Pakistan’s dedication to peace is manifested by its record participation in the United Nations peacekeeping efforts.
The participation of Pakistan armed forces in United Nations Missions has been global and dates back to 1960. Till date more than 50,000 officers and men of Pakistan Army have rendered services in 38 different missions around the world. Even today, Pakistan is the largest troops contributing country with over 10,000 troops in Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Burundi, Western Sahara, Georgia, Kosovo, East Timor, Haiti, Sierra Leone, Cote d’Ivoire and here in Liberia, he added.
After the address and presenting of general salute, the chief guest and other dignitaries adorned UN medals to the participants. All spectators appreciated the outstanding standard of drill, especially the demonstration by Special Services Group, band and the cultural floats prepared for the occasion portraying the rich culture of Pakistan and Liberia.
Pakistan contingent’s initiative of awarding the appreciation certificates to UNMIL Regional Section Heads to recognize their services for promoting harmony and good working relations amongst the military and civilian component of United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) was highly appreciated by all.

The report documents 68 cases of alleged rape, prostitution and pedophilia by U.N. peacekeepers from Pakistan, Uruguay, Morocco, Tunisia, South Africa and Nepal. U.N. officials say they have uncovered more than 150 allegations of sexual misconduct throughout the country as part of a widening investigation into sexual abuse by U.N. personnel that has plagued the United Nations' largest peacekeeping mission, U.N. officials said.

"Sexual exploitation and abuse, particularly prostitution of minors, is widespread and long-standing," says a draft of the internal July report, which has not previously been made public. "Moreover, all of the major contingents appear to be implicated."

The report cites cases in which peacekeepers from Morocco, Pakistan and possibly Tunisia "were reported to have paid, or attempted to pay witnesses to change their testimony" regarding alleged sexual abuse. It also charges that Moroccan military officials refused "to provide the names of Moroccan soldiers present at the location" of an alleged rape.
