Its time to fish or cut bait, this president couldn't make a decision if his life depended on it. If you will not help our guys who are over there, then bring them ALL home!!!

Tell me xrayman what is the problem with President Obama demanding that he be given an exit strategy before sending anymore troops over there.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/nor...

In my opinion we need to get the hell out of there, bring all of those brave men and women home. The Karzai government is so corrupt that sending more troops over there will not change anything.

You say President Obama is not helping the troops that are over there by not rushing into sending more troops. Let's not forget it was President Bush who sent our troops over there with out all the necessary equipment to not only do there job but to even protect themselves.

http://www.usatoday.com/news/opinion/editoria...

http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/iraq/2004-...

http://www.stripes.com/article.asp...

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/01/06/politics/06... (A secret Pentagon study has found that at least 80 percent of the marines who have been killed in Iraq from wounds to their upper body could have survived if they had extra body armor. That armor has been available since 2003 but until recently the Pentagon has largely declined to supply it to troops despite calls from the field for additional protection, according to military officials.)

And you and others criticize Obama for wanting a exit strategy before sending more troops!

Has I said xrayman, it was not President Obama it was President Bush who sent our troops to war without the necessary equipment to do there job or to protect themselves. The families of the troops should not be buying body armour to protect there loved ones. But I guess your OK with that.

It's people like you xrayman that help in dividing this country. Someone comes at with opposing views and all you can do is to attack or insult them.

Here's another view that will make you want to insult me. Maybe if President Bush had not screwed the war in Afghanistan up from the beginning then maybe we would be out of there by now. Going into Afghanistan was not about getting Bin-Laden, it was all about Iraq. And he used Afghanistan as they key to unlock the door to Iraq.

And on the issue of all the spending, I was against the bail out of WS. I agree with the bail out of GM. You blame all the spending on President Obama. I think you need something to help jog your memory, so here ya go.

http://www.howeypolitics.com/2008/12/19/bush-...

I also think the $8.000 tax credit for first time home buyers was a good idea.

And something that will really get going. I think if the party of Archie Bunker (the GOP) would help or just shut up, sit down and get the hell we would all be better for it.

Hey xrayman how about the fact that under Pres. Bush the debt ceiling was raised five times so he could borrow more money. Again, I guess your OK with that.

You know, I see a lot of Obama bashing on this forum. I think, considering the mess he was left with, he's doing a pretty good job. If any of you think you could do better, then how about stepping up to the plate. Otherwise, shut you pie holes and let the man do his job. But, I guess all you people know how to do is complain. And the when someone offers a point of view that doesn't compliment yours, you get angry and resort to childish name calling. Ya'll think Bush was so great. Well, considering the fact that this Government was not carrying a deficit and the national debt was beginning to get paid down when Bush took office. Then in just eight short years we stop paying down the national debt and are left with the largest federal deficit of any president in the 233 years of this country.

scott, you libs like nothing more then to kill bush, well here is something for you. we were never hit after 9/11 because of bush, lets see how long did it take the big O adminstration to have a torrist attack.um um 10 months. and if you want to blame bush for the deficit that the big O inherited fine, but that was because of the war we had to get into. The planning for 9/11 happened on the Clinton watch remember Monica Lowenski?.The F.B.I and the CIA were so busy trying to find out what happened that the bad guys slipped thru, this would never have happened if Bubba told the truth to begin with. As far as the Archie Bunker mentality this country has gotten to pc (IN MY OPINION)and its gonna get worse, so while you are trying to get along with the muslim down the street dont blame me when he blows up or shoots up your neighborhood. You libs just dont get it.

It always leads back to President Clinton with you guys doesn't it. But the fact that the Bush famliy and the Bin-Laden famliy were linked together you have no problem with that.

http://www.rense.com/general14/bushsformer.ht...

You say we had to get into the war, your right. We had to get into the war in Afghanistan. But Iraq was wrong, Sadam Husain had nothing to do with 9/11 and know that but you will never admit to it.

If the terrorist attack you're refering to is the Ft. Hood shooting. That is beeing investigated to find out what happened and who knew what. How many investigations did President Bush block because he didn't want the truth comming out.

And your lame comment about muslims, they're not all bad. There are bad apples to be found in all religions. I know christians that have done some rotten things.

I will say that President Bush was not all bad, he did some good. He increased funding to help fight aids and he bailed out General Motors.

I would rather he send no more troops in, including the Vermont National Guard. What good does it do to send more troops in when the Karzai Government is so corrupt, he is never going to help us. We need to bring all those brave men and woman home.

I think you're giving Christians far to much credit. Muslims are
Choir Boys compared to Christians and you'll probably find a hell
of a lot less hypocrites in the Muslim Religion.

You are missing my point.(THE OBAMA) can do no wrong so it must be good and the right thing to do. If not why is there only 3 or 4 anti-war protesters any more?

And why is Karzai so corrupt??? Gee Scotter and McNutt, it couldn't
possibly be the fact that the Bush administration lied their Sss's
of to the man and promised him the world and never came through
with anything. It couldn't possibly be the fact they we bombed the
shetz out their country and then pulled the majority of the troops
and sent them to Iraq. It couldn't possibly be the fact that he was sick and tired of dealing through mediators from Pakistan who are the biggest ripoff artist in the world when it comes to US military aid is it.
If it were me I would expell every US citizen in the country and deal with the Europens.... The US Government has done nothing but
lie to the Afghan people since they financed the war against Russia..

Scott,
i will agree that Iraq was a bad move, one i think was done because Saddam tried to have bushes father killed, i did not say all Muslims are bad people but you have to admit, 98% of the terrorist acts have been done by these whack jobs, also listen to the islamo fascists, if given the chance they will kill, you, me our kids and anyone else that does not follow their beliefs. These people have to be stopped and if it means stopping them over there with our brave sons and daughters better that then here in the u.s.a.

I don't know if that's what corrupted Karzai or not, but I would be willing to say that is probably why he doesn't trust the US Government. We went in there saying we're not leaving till the job is done and then Bush turned around and like you said, took most of the troops and a majority of the resources over to Iraq.

He freed a country from a tyrant, newsflash xrayman. That was not the reason we were given for going to war in Iraq.

Do yourself a favour xrayman, try getting your news from somewhere other then Fixed News. SH has proven that they will spin the story any way they to to get there point across.
