lilmargi wrote: Just a friendly question... Did your leaders tell you to quit posting already? That did not take long. When other leaders started demanding us off the internet it was because they knew we could prove they were lying. I hope that is not the case with your group. To Wondering I cannot find this July 2008 showing the 323 heirs. I checked Texas and Tennesse. Can you tell me where it was suppose to be filed? So! You had to post somewhat the same comments on this forum as you did on the John Walling forum? Interesting… The answer is "NO!" We are not being threatened! Threats will no longer work. Those days are over due to the fact that the oil companies, and others, know there’s nothing they can do...It’s over. With regards to the heir list: at this time, it’s not public and it may never be. When a court case remains open, not ALL documents become public, and some of those documents may be ordered sealed. As I’ve said before; the list is not legally complete. Those on the list have to prove their bloodline through certified/exemplified documents. There is a slim chance that some on that list will be removed due to a lack of evidence of their bloodline. The court will not give large amounts of money away to just anyone claiming to be an heir. THAT POINT is ONE of the reasons others have had their case thrown out. Well… THIS time, we have a leader, legal team, and family members who have crossed all the “t’s” and dotted all the “i’s.” It’s what we've needed.

Very interesting...she said that she was a non-believer. I sure would not want my dad's name posted in public as an heir with his address listed.

Oh I am a non believer, I do not believe there is any money out there waiting on anybody. But If you are true heirs then I would still fight for the rights to the land. America will figure a way to get that oil out of that land sooner or later. We are to needy of a country. I still say you are being lied to and think you will see before to long.

Nothing is hidden through the courts call and ask, if it has been in front of a judge it can be purchased and I WILL find it. If it is real.

This is a partial quote from one of your friends on this Forum.... " I think it was a lot better when there was a board of trustees. more heads are better than one (imho) Not that WH is not an honest man, I'm not saying that, but at least there was a chance to get a good letter and not a repremand one. If you have received one, you know what I mean. Heres hoping to get some sort of news real soon. " Hmmm sounds like you have had those threats in the past? huh????

See you act as though you are the first heirs to ever be proven. I am a heir not to your Humphries line, but I can tell you for a fact my name is on file with the courts. The only thing they have sealed is my SS# and addy and phone number. I think you all need to search out more throughly and make sure you are not being lead a stray.

I am interested how your saga will play out and how long you all hang in there before showing signs of distress. Dont worry about me and your dads name his address will be sealed but the names will be public. It is not the heirs I am watching it is the leaders that I am keeping my eye on. Like I have stated many times. I hope for the best for all of you.

My goodness I could not begin to tell you how many times we heard the whole dot the i's and cross the t's. The leaders complained constantly about us being online hooking up with others in our groups that the leaders spoke with. We found out how many lies we had been told. Once Texas courts went online our leaders were busted. I have seen many things posted here about your case being proven in Texas and Tennessee. I can tell you there is nothing in Texas to prove you are any closer then the heirs that tried before you. Granted it is a little harder proving to much from Tenn. but documents can be purchased and the clerk of the courts will answer anything you ask her if you call and just ask! They also tell me Tenn. will be online very soon then everything will be known. Globetrekker and all other heirs if someone could show you that this is a scam would you want to know? Or go on through your life waiting on a dream?

well Globetrekker and Tmack, one thing is for sure, Lil Margi has not been to Carter County in person and looked, has she? I have seen eye to eye, the list of 323 supposed legal heirs, I know there is Not one other case, that has been passed in legal court, by a judge, in any other case, except this one. All they have given is their word and nothing is recorded in any other court house, except this one. So, prove one thing. Even Lilmarge has posted "legel documents" proving part of our case. So when you have "proof" post it, if not, run silent. Words are cheap, information cost someone, somewhere. So, if you can't pay the price, be silent. Thank you, Wondering

WH is not scamming anyone. As far as finding the list from the court....FORGET IT. I graduated high shool with the clerk and I called her this morning. She said it would be a cold day in hell before she released anything to the public without a court order. But thanks for ur concern anyway.

I am new to this forum and have found all the comments quite interesting. I am a PH first line heir and have been involved with the ongoing saga for well over 25 years. I have to admit that at times it has been very difficult to stay positive about the PH case and a possible settlement. I try to remain hopeful but unfortunately, there is just too much corruption and greed within the legal system. Judges, attorneys, etc. can be easily bought. I have met and talked with WH several times and I would like to believe he is being honest and above board with the heirs. I am grateful for all he has done and continues to do but I think that it is too great a responsibility for one man to have. What happens if WH becomes ill or worse? Who steps in? I believe there should be at least 3 or 4 people that are just as involved and are privy to all the information that WH has. I would hope that WH is a honest and trustworthy person. If not, I would not want to be in his shoes if he is proven to be otherwise. He would have a lot of people to answer to. I read where globetrekker said that WH was an honest man but has never actually met the man. How can you make a judgment like that without ever meeting him. I appreciate all the information that I read and will continue to follow the forum.
