Maybe the John Walling case finally went to court. Maybe most of the people who used to post here are now Millionaires. If that is the case, then the need for this forum is gone! If anybody knows for sure, maybe you can share your knowledge. It has always been my attitude that justice needed to be served in this case. The major oil companies have done some illegal things and have cheated people before. Maybe they did it in this case also?

The Walling case went to court 9 years ago. The case was thrown out at all levels.Texas supreme court supported appeals court and lower court. The is NO case

To bad all the old post don't show up any more. Bea has a 4 million dollar judgment against her and her daughter has an even higher judgment against her. This is a scam. Bea has stolen millions from people.

The only people who got a million from anything to do with the John Walling case was Bea. The problem is she owes 4 million to those she stole from:)

Hey, has anybody got pay back from Bea?? If you have can you tell us how much? She owes me about 4,000 dollars not counting interest.

Some people think I am clueless and nuts. They are probably right. I do know that I gave the Association more than 4,000 dollars and got nothing in return. Well Alcatraz, You and I are in the same boat, clueless and nuts. Ronnie is the real expert. Ronnie has given thousands and thousands to the association because she knows that winners they are. Idiots like us do not understand that the association is getting ready to go into court and wipe out several oil companies. Ronnie would come on here and tell us when but Bea has told everyone to be Quiet. So be patient because they will be big winners and will throw us poor old slobs some crumbs!

NO, the Wallings do not have a claim to the Spindletop oil money. The Wallings are supposed to have a claim on East Texas oil royalties because John Walling was swindled out of his land. Maybe you can find out something on the Pelham Humphries forum.

I can give you the truth on any claim in Texas on land. If it is over 25 years it is to late. You have no claim. It will be thrown out of court on summary judgment

I can tell you what will happen to any land claim in Texas that is over 25 years. It will be thrown out of court on a summary judgment. That is the law pure and simple.

There is evidentally a lot going on that no one is suppose to know about. I have found out a lot of information. shows a bunch of people purposely misleading folks on here and if they tell the truth, they wipe them out. As long as you lead them away from the truth, they are all ghunho, but if you say anything that is the truth, bam, you're off here. Wonder why that is? Something is going on out there and someone besides me knows what it is. Happy hunting to all of you that sit at home and read what others have been able to find out by just getting out there and putting legs on their questions.

LOL Not much to find out. Bea and her daughter have millions in judgments against them and the Texas supreme court threw the case out in 2000. The only thing to wonder about is where Bea hid the money
