Australia should shut the door to thousands of New Zealanders to help stabilise the nation's population at 26 million by 2050, federal Labor backbencher Kelvin Thomson says.

Yeah I think we should shut the door on the Kiwis. The Kiwis leave because of their country New Zealand is too isolated and small to provide them a good life.

I know my country will always be better then poor New Zealand.

The wages in New Zealand are low and its a very backwards country. I went their once and I hated New Zealand. The people are people are rude and ugly they are also racist and many don't like foreigners coming into New Zealand or they don't even bother making friends with people who are new to New Zealand or were not born in New Zealand. I know this cause my foreign mates e.g. Germany, and other places in the EU, one of my American mates had a real hard time in New Zealand he hated it so he came here and is loving it.

I can understand the genuine sentiment of wishing to limit massive population growth. When societies demographics are set to be totally transformed but massive alien immigration. Of course though, the far left zealot pushing this idea has different views. He is worried about the environment, it has nothing to do with traditional European Australians set to become a minority. This genius would also like to see the refugee quota nearly quadrupled.
This is just another example of the out of touch liberal elite putting forth ideas that are ill founded and quite simply insane.

I have been living in NZ for almost 3 years now and agree 1000% Aussie.
Most of my friend are from other countries as well and they all feel the same.
My work colleagues don't bother to try get to know me or the other foreigners in the office. I cant seem to make any kiwi friends, and all the foreigners I meet say the same thing.
NZ is not a nice place and most kiwis are not nice people, Rude come to mind as well
Every time something political happens its blamed on the foreigners. I cant wait to put my back to NZ and get out of here. Perhaps the 45000 that left NZ last FY felt the same. I wonder how many of the people that left had only recently gotten their NZ passports. Makes you think

hmm thats funny because I have lived in Austrlia and I think its the complete opposite, Australia is more racist and it feels even more isolated than New Zealand due to lack of international news, I go to university and all the americans and germans I know LOVE new zealand way more because of its enviroment and hiking, mountaineering etc. although I think the reason that aussie will eventually cap NZ immigration to Aussie is that NZ is seen as a back door to Australia for third world immigrants, we need to seriously restrict our immigration so that australia doesnt fear that people will use new zealand to get to australia. Your argument that kiwis don't like foreigners and aussies do though is a complete joke and just completely opposite to reality

if you feel like that then DO NOT go to queensland. I know indians in NZ who went to aussie and were amazed by its racism, even the head of Telstra in Australia who was a Mexican critisised the racism in Aussie and left calling it the American south. If you think NZ is bad you will find Aus much worse

Unless Josef Friztl escaped from jail in Austria, swam to New Zealand and has you locked up in a basement I seriously doubt that you are trapped in New Zealand. We have many freedoms here and one of them is the right to leave. You should exercise that right.

Did you come to New Zealand to do charity work ? I am guessing you came to New Zealand seeking better opportunities. That means you came here to get what you can. We owe you nothing. We are certainly not going to get down on our hands and knees to appease some prissy, delicate alien.

I will never quite comprehend the audacity of foreigners. If you don't like things here, quit moaning and go home. It is that simple. We do things a certain way and are comfortable with a certain type of people. Good luck next though, maybe the next country you invade will be more accepting. Try the third world, I hear they are very tolerant and accepting there. Zimbabwe is nice around this time of year, word to the wise though, food is stricly BYO.

That is another symptom of PC. Not only is White on White hostility tolerated, it is actively encouraged. It always baffles me that such animosity is stirred up between New Zealand and Australia. We come from the same stock and have very similar cultures. We can integrate amongst each other very easily. It is the same with blond and ginger jokes. The only acceptable prejudices these days are ones which target Whites.

Your reply is quite ironic considering that your avatar is extremely close to the Racist South African organization, the AWB (http://www.awb.co.za ) that hates blacks, and reading through a lot of your previous posts, its not hard to miss the racist undertones in your posts. How long have you been in NZ
I think its fair to assume that you have also left South Africa but probably for different reasons to mine. My reasons where for a safer future for my family and an offer of emplyment, that has not turned out to be what was promised, while yours reasons seem to be along racist lines.

NZ was portrayed in a much better light, yet the truth is vastly different from the misleading information that is put up by the Kiwi tourism boards and NZIS. I can carry on citing reasons and differences but the emigration figures for people leaving NZ speak for themselves

If you are a negro you have no legitimate right to complain about the chaos that reigns in SA. The negroes wanted it and they got it.
The term racist would probably rank as the most overused term in history. The vast majority of people who love to bandy about the term cannot define the meaning of it. Most would allude to racism being about hating someone because of the colour of their skin. An absurd notion.
The AWB is no worse than the ANC. Both groups advocate for their specific peoples. The only difference is that negro ethnocentrism is PC acceptable, whilst the the White version is not.
Anyone with the slightest semblance of sanity and at least one honest bone in their body will tell you that things in SA are much worse under negro rule than they ever were under White rule.
So cut the racist barbs, they are so 1990s. People now days do not fear being branded racist, as they once did. The behavior of coloured populations has well and truly been abysmal. Multi culti is not working and tensions are building. You are from SA, you should know what happens to Whitey when the black man gets his dirty little paws on the reigns of power.

As for your whining about NZ. It boggles the mind. Unlike SA we do not have the highest murder rate in the world per capita (although the maoris score extremely highly in the child murder stats) if you are so precious, you should go back. In all honesty, when SA was governed by the whites, the whites made sure that they had a separate more sub standard level of education and even less involvement in managing and leadership in all areas of SA society by the blacks.

It was always going to be a struggle for any incoming black person or party coming into power for obvious reasons, lack of experience in governing to start with, poorly educated, and who’s fault was that? Who dominated and enforce such policies like apartheid, yes you know PC the whites. Then all of a sudden, due to various international pressures, a group of black fellas were handed over power. Cause they were going to f……k it up, I bet the outgoing white government did f……k all to assist them through a transitional period.

Apartheid ran from 1948 until 1994. It is said that 21,000 died in political violence during apartheid. The vast majority however (92%) was negro killing negro. In the 15 years since apartheid ended, over 27,000 Whites have been murdered by negroes. I'm sorry if I have little sympathy for the negro plight.
Whilst Whites share the burden of responsibility for some of South Africa's problems, your typical "it's all Whiteys fault" mentality is far from accurate.
Why is it, that across Africa, under apartheid, the South African negroes had the longest life expectancy? why is it, that the best place in the world for negroes is America?.

Well, things do not look so good. It is a strange world we live in today. Until political correctness is wiped out, we can make no real progress.
I shudder to think what will happen if these bogus climate change laws are passed.
