$70k? Here's my ideas for Australia.

All students must take a course in manners speech elocution and personal hygiene to graduate.

Australian government should formally apologize to American people for past abuse.

Requirements for Australian passport should include a course in civility and tipping.

I am with you for the manners and all that, but past abuse ??
What did we do to upset you mob ?
Scrub the tipping ,it's demeaning having to put one's hand out in expectation of small change.
When I was a hotel porter a million years ago your lovely countrymen would tip us a 20 cent piece for lugging their heavy luggage to their room.
I used to give it back explaining they may need it more and for the fact that we do get paid to be of service to he and his missus.

Ohhh so we've finally found a source for all of your anti-australianism (if there is such a word lol)
You were not tipped by an Aussie when you desperately needed the extra 20c to make your house repayment, henceforth resulting in your house being repossessed by the banks... Well, im sorry. If you give me a post office box, may i send that 20c you felt you were owed? Really, it's no problem.
