President Obama said Tuesday that North Korea can no longer create an international crisis with nuclear provocations, asserting the United States and South Korea are fully capable of defending themselves. Full Story

The article is misdirected. The purpose of the provocations is to strengthen the grip of the military and was probably initiated by the military with Kim Jon Il just a puppet. He is controlled by the military that is his only asset. With nuclear ambitions, they have lost their last support OUTSIDE the country, and that means even less rice for the public and with sanctions, fewer perks for the miitary. So the military is causing provocations to create 'nationalistic fervor' and to solidify it's control over a population that is restive.

The US and South Korea are not even a player in this. It is ALL internal.
