It appears that South Korea is making idle threats just like the North, warning of "unspecified grave measures" if the north rebuffs talks. NOT THAT I WANT WAR, but in my opinion both sides are full of it.

North Korea has been quite specific in its threats. Is "unspecified grave measures" even in the same ballpark as "turn Seoul into a sea of fire"?
