NG are quite happy for higher tier managers to retire early and take huge lump sums out of the pension scheme plus their pensions but when it comes to front line toolbags, well its a different story. They have actually cut the pay of front line gas workers despite the severe strain that the job places on personal and family life. Whilst the fat cats slurp the cream and do 9 to 4 jobs and see their families, the toolbags work on far into the night..lions led by donkeys..for reduced pay..
