The mental health industry only exists because they give a "head job" to politicians (so to speak) and make money buy compromising patients while looking for world domination..Ask the pharmaceutical Industry. ---------- By the way: There has been "No" biological defect found for any mental illness or any of the other made to order diagnoses by any neurological study. Without a test for chemical imbalance the mental health (psychiatry) is limited in the ancillary tests of medicine like an EKG, EEG, blood work or other tests in the diagnoses of a patient. They aren't needed in Psychiatry. There is no medical model. There is no evident based medicine. The psychiatric diagnosis is made on the basis of behavior and hearsay, voodoo, Tarot card reading and crystal ball gazing. If we respect metabolic changes based on daily dietary habits, weight gain / loss , terms of the survival of the organisms as a person age along with physical conditioning, physical illness, electrolyte level, gender differences , body temperature, I don't see where the Mental Health and Counseling Industry could conform to any consistency in data with consideration to the above to state a person has a mental disease or illness based on chemical imbalance. You know, and I know, that the mental health industry only attracts those that are groomed by the pharmaceutical industry or those into psychotherapy for mind control leading to long term patients.(The corrupt element) The MH industry even hangs around at the school systems for the cash benefits under the "IDEA" program provided by the cash rewards of declaring a disability or to counsel those children (to snoop mainly on families) and to propagandize those that the industry has created suicide ideology and apathy as a result of the bogus diseases like ADD/ADHD / Bi Polar, Depression or should I just state the whole array of mental health diseases to which they have no tests, no medical model or evident based medicine to preach their crap but they have drugged and boiled the minds of these children in a ruthless desire for power and person gain in the Coup D'etat of this nation. Yes, we need better rehabilitation programs for victims of sexual abuse and yes it does require some mental health expertise. Following on from the Australian Prime Ministers apology, I believe he has done a great thing for the psyche of victims by acknowledging that there was a problem but it doesn't fix the entire problem. What do you think about Quality programmes for victims of sexual abuse? do we currently have one?

I have been monitored by Mental Health since I was 17 I am now 26 and the gruelling regime of taking medication and being treated as if I have no rights is starting to get to me
The reason being I believe that the mental health workers are lazy, incompetent and most of the time give the wrong advice. I am fed up with it. The male mental health workers are the worse. sometimes I feel like they are grooming me for total mind control and their own personal fantasies, it grosses me out and they keep you hanging in and hanging in to the point that you break with frustration. I don't trust them which is sad because these are supposed to be people with the power to gud, they abuse that power all to often. Not everyone is cut out for this type of work. maybe there are a few goodies out there I dunno. I hate it. |

What your talking about is a complete and utter disregard of good mental health practise. I understand that there was and probable still is a great deal of corruption within the so called higher rankings of the mental health industry. But what about those who actually strive to combat such organised crime. We still live day to day working and praying that victims pull through all the ugliness they have had to deal with so that they, the survivors give hope to the millions who need it. Mental health may have been nothing more than a false system of care back then, but surely there is a way forward, a way to turn the system into something that the people can control and not vice versa. As I said to Human Spirit, surely there must be a way to turn things around so the survivors and victims alike can take back control over their lives.
