Healing Wings which is a christian farm which does a lot of community work in the South of Mozambique near Bella Vista was forced to leave on short notice on Wednesday 9 June 09. They have built up a flourishing farm and done tremendous work with community projects. It appears that the farm has been seized because lies have been spread saying that they are trafficking drugs into South Africa. Unfortunately I think their is a hidden agenda here because someone wants to seize the farm. This is going to damage the tourist industry in the area much more if this becomes well know that the people in power are carrying out these acts. What about all the foreign funds that are being pumped into the area by overseas aid agencies?

I suppose we should try to forgive the people involved in this terrible situation and forgive them for their greed and bad intentions. Anyone who has been fortunate enough to visit Healing Wings and experience the wonder of God's work which is been done there, the integrity of the counsellors, the miracle of turning drug addicts lives into functioning people, with plenty to offer to society, will understand how sad it is that people with no undertanding, could disrupt this amazing place. Shame on you. I wish all the wonderful people at Healing Wings all the strength they need to deal with the situation and to be stand firm in their commitments. Every cloud has a silver lining.

thank you all for your prayers and kind comments, as you may know HW has been relocated to Nelspruit but there are a few of us still on the farm keeping a watch over things; the community projects/bakery/rice and potato farming etc. the future is uncertain as ever but I have great hope that things will come right!!

Healing Wings is the best thing that has ever happend to me . Im devestated it has had to close down . Healing Wings has helped countless people , and given them a oppertunity to live a fruitful life. It litrally saved my life and gave a wife and three kids their father back . May those who are directly responsible for Healing Wings closing down be cut down so they can continue the great work they are doing.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Capricorn

Someone is being very pedantic and picky, and they'll soon drive you round the bend with frustration. They're splitting hairs about all sorts of petty problems, but unfortunately you won't be immune from this yourself. You might get caught up in needless details that don't really matter, or take everything that happens very personally. Try to be more objective.
