There are no differences in the eyes of Americans in the matter of Russian, Romanian or Moldovan matter or ladies that they want to bring them back as wives.

Michigan.... How does your wife like it there? More important, what does she like the most? and What does she hate the most? oh and your step-child... what were the issues you have run into there as far as ESL classes etc. Congratulations on marrying a Moldovan, they are the BEST women.(American + Moldovan = Awesome) I am getting married next year, I am going to apply for a fiancee visa and bring her to the USA in the summer when I get home from working overseas. I have never been so happy in my life. I am going to Chisinau next month on vacation and I am so excited. We have not seen each other in 3 months and talk 3 times a day on mailr agent (I know...we are obsessed). Do you have some advice for me, and do you or your wife have some advice for her? Her little daughter is 8. I work overseas a lot, so I am considering sending them back to Moldova for the first school year until her daughter learns English better, or do you suggest her starting school right away in America next August? Thanks for any advice or insight you can send my way. Well, good luck with everything, and congratulations.... you are a lucky man.

Hi Chuck and congrats on your upcoming wedding!

My wife just said yesterday that she was thinking about her life and she said it was very good! So she has settled in rather nicely.

We both like to travel so the best part she likes is being able to see other countries and other parts of the USA. The worst is of course missing her family and friends.

No issues with taking the ESL test, he passed the test but couldn't get a student visa. We hope his permanent visa will be approved in another year or so. He is over 21 and this is why he has to wait. Children of your fiancee can come with her when her visa is approved if less than 22.

I know many people that have children via their fiancee/new wife. They all started their kids in school in the USA. They never had any problems so start your step daughter in school here. Just contact the school/principal and tell them you have special needs.

I highly recommend joining this forum( www.russianmeetingplace.com ). You can ask any questions you have and they will be answered by experienced people. So join up and we can send each other our e-mail addresses.

Best wishes and good luck with your new family.

Remember, nobody feels interested in going to that website like your case. Your case is very special. It doesn't mean other people couldn't find their lovers in the US and Canada.

I am not sure if I am posting my question on the right thread or not. Please forgive me if I am posting on the wrong thread. My question is as follows:
I plan to get married soon in Moldova.
I understand that a criminal record has to be presented before the registration of the marriage.
I have one DUI conviction, 2 non-moving violations, and 2 arrests involving false accusations, which were soon dropped.
Can this prevent me from registrating my marriage in Moldova?
Also, what kind of record are they looking for?
This is all I have.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated. W
Thanks in advance!
with some money you will get everything.

No she cannot come back to the USA after you marry. You have to file an I-130 form with immigration to get a visa for her. This process takes about 6 months. Here is the website with all the info you need, www.uscis.gov . Click on the "FORMS" header/tab to print out the form you need. You will also need to fill out a form G-325A for you, your wife and any children she might have.

No there is not a different country you can go to avoid the visa process.

If you have any questions let me know.

BEST OF LUCK!

Maybe you should try for a spousal visa. I believe minor aged children can come also as a piggy-back on their mother's visa.

You should join www.russianmeetingplace.com . They have members from all over the world. It is a forum where members discuss their journey in finding a foreign wife from the Former Soviet Union (FSU). I'm sure the UK members can help you with your immigration problems.

Take care and best of luck!

Not everybody like you loser Michigan would like to join the crappy dating site and bring those opportunists to apply for green cards or permanent residency . Many people in the US and Canada are able to find their own lovers nearby and have had very happy family life together.

It is not a dating site. It is a forum where people ask and answer questions about immigration. It's all about getting and giving knowledge ... something you know nothing about because you have no knowledge. HAHAHA!!!!

the one who has no knowledge and brain is you, not me. The site is not only for asking & answering questions but also for people who would like to know someone from Russia and other poor countries in Eastern Europe. You fool are the exact one who found and married someone from the poorest country in Europe.
