Exclusive: Russia steps up military lifeline to Syria's Assad - sources

Jan 17, 2014 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Reuters

In recent weeks Russia has stepped up supplies of military gear to Syria, including armored vehicles, drones and guided bombs, boosting President Bashar al-Assad just as rebel infighting has weakened the insurgency against him, sources with knowledge of the deliveries say.

So much for a peace process, Russia is becoming more of a sponsor of terror like Iran than a partner in the peace process. I have no idea why Russia cannot accept the fact that Assad is a terrorist and deal with it, they could be instrumental in bringing the war to an end, but then again they would lose on the royalties from weapon sales.

The difference is shitforbrains, Russia is mouthing off about keeping the peace, preventing the US from military strikes and here we are with the ultimate irony, RUSSIA is selling weapons to Syria and now STEPS UP sales to Syria and the US in Iraq they were actually in the war with their own weapons at their own cost fighting a murderous corrupt leader with the intent of peace to all Iraq, Russia is just after the sale and protection of the Regime so that the cheques keep coming, senor moron.

No Assad is fighting terrorists and has been from day 1. Trying to change the meaning of the word "terrorist" is yet another despicable tactic from a long discredited troll.

With the support of her friends and the majority of the Syrian people, the legitimate Syrian Government is slowly defeating the actual terrorists that scumbags like you support.

You are the one exposing yourself as a fool New Death. Everyone knows that ISIS took liberated territory from FSA and give it back to Assad. Recently the bombing raids in Raqqa started after FSA took over from ISIS. Oh what a stubborn stooge.

So who is she??? I mean the legitimate government??? Obviously just a matter of time and Assad will be planted in the ground with or without his head, so who is this she you talk about, or are you still walking dizzily about trying to figure out who is bombing who, is Russis on my side or theirs and who is theirs??? You are one dizzy dude with the government killing civilians and then covering it up by calling them terrorists, wake up and smell the camel dung, Assad is a TERRORIST
