Many Syrians still see Assad as indispensable in saving their country

"With our blood, with our souls, we will sacrifice to you, Bashar," the marchers chanted as they made their way amid bursts of gunfire to the overgrown suburban lot where Issa, 32, had to be buried because there's no room left in Tartous' cemeteries after nearly three years of sectarian slaughter.

Assad has put the SAA in danger so he is directly responsible for their deaths and the deaths of the civilians they killed so there for he is responsible for 100,000 people like it or not.

the Syrians are getting their asses chewed out in Switzerland with that BS about all Syrians being terrorists just because they disagree with Assad. Now the Russians say they want Assad for at least 3 years then he can go, that did not go over well at all.

The Syrian regime refers to all armed opposition groups as "terrorists".

In Geneva, the opposition will also be represented by a 15-member delegation, including representatives of the armed opposition.

Commenting on the reported content of Muallem's scheduled speech, Haitham al-Maleh, a member of the opposition delegation, said: "If they want to fight terrorism they should fight themselves.

"The criminal regime is the one who killed more than 100,000 civilians and destroyed houses. The regime forces are the ones who possess tanks, fighter jets and barrel bombs," he told Al Jazeera from Geneva.

Love your accusation:
"Assad is responsible"

and then your proof :
"like it or not"

naive fool

if tomorrow a massive earthquake hits Syria, you'll be the one to say that Assad is responsible for the death of millions of Syrians, like it or not.

Whatever. 15 member delegation? Chosen by whom? The SNC?? and who picked the SNC? The West and the Gulf states - that's who. Who does the purported opposition represent? No one because most of the Syrians back Assad. If that was not true, Assad would be gone already.

Yeah and Assad the terrorist is still hiding in the basement of the palace, at least the SNC are visible, unlike Assad the terrorist, he doesn't dare come out, he is too easy a target and knows that many people have guns now

At the time of conference In Geneva there were Syria related protests. Two people appeared in support of the opposition. There were numerous people demonstrating pro Assad, carrying his pictures. To reporterís questions they answered, that they want the terrorism against the Syria to stop, and that they want outside pressure to end. Syrians are with their government, and not with foreign stooges.

OK Mr 60% where does that magical number come from,as for those SNC bastards they have as much credibility as the Vichy French had that is NO credibility,in fact I don't know how the Syrian Government can bring themselves to sit in the same room as this vermin.
