The EU idiots in action with a plan that will blow up in their faces.
Their inexperience and their arrogance are very evident. Their huge salaries together with their impunity make them believe they are above everyone else. Well, they have put their foot in it this time. Perhaps they can be honest enough to accept responsibility for giving a wounded euro the final blow.
Now they are running scared telling the Cyprus president to make sure that a possitive descision is taken by the Cyprus Parliament within twenty four hours and that any delay is unacceptable. They also want the Cyprus banks to open on Tuesday or else.... Or else what? Or else the Euro will be in serious trouble when Europeans begin moving their money away from EU banks
They are the same overpaid European arrogant idiots that claimed that Cyprus is not systemic to EU affairs. Let us hope they now have a credible arqument for the Italians and the Spaniards or the Portugeese who are sure that the haircut on Cyprus's bank depositors was testing the waters whether it was a good idea to be used upon them soon.
Cyprus has already suffered immesurable damage because of their games that will take years to repair. We are a small economy and we are sure we will recover. But the EU will never recover from the unacceptable lack of solidarity they have shown to one of their smaller member states. The 'Economist' called it a ''legalised robbery'.
They have blamed Cyprus for money laundering when Germany is much higher on the EU list for that same accusation. Perhaps they should have had the b@lls to say straight out that it was all about the Russian deposits in Cyprus that they would have prefered them to be in their own banks instead. Their game is out in the open now and the Russians are not mad with Cyprus but with the ones that caused the whole problem and this is why they will never get any of that money, ever.
With brilliant minds such as these neither the euro nor the EU stand much of a chance to survive.
Perhaps less money and more brains are needed.
