Absolutely, however they need Syria in order to work with the Hezbollah, rather they need Assad. When the war is over, Syria will rethink its relationship with Russia, Iran and China. Have you wondered why China has stayed off the radar so to speak, they voted then left so as to be able to come back to the table when the war is over to buy oil and minerals. Russia felt they are kinda middle of the road by supplying weapons but not soldiers they have a chance at coming back but Iran has screwed the pooch, they have send money, weapons, ammunition and now soldiers to Assad to try to destroy the Rebels and keep in office their little chea pet that they can manipulate.

Iran is already having to deal with protestors and violence in the country and the supreme leader has had the president make peace with them but that can only last for so long. Iranians as a population are very educated and peaceful people that do not want to be in a violent country nor have a violent leader as they showed in the last election that he had to change the results so he could stay in power.

I believe Syria and the rightful Syrian government will win also as long as the country stays united against the terrorist forces. The primary weapon of the american government and israel is divide and conquer. When they can not divide the people it makes them ALOT harder to conquer.Simple as that.

You mean fake protest like those created in syria and Libya?? Those were quickly stopped in Iran and Russia too.The Iranian people showed that they are united behind their very good leader and stand united against the number one threat which is israel.Yes the Iranians are educated people and they can see through the jewish lies and american government propaganda.

In other words Iran has no clue in rather than imposition of Assad on Syrian people. The Russians must first tell Iran to stop interfering in Syria and let Syrian people choose their leaders or else Iran will be the pariah of the middle east.

Today the leader of the opposition asked Assad to appoint the VP to negotiate with the Rebels. It is with the court to make a recommendation to Assad but no one is optimistic he will talk to the Rebel spokesperson or the Leader of the opposition. They talk about Syria deciding who shall lead the country but do not want to listen when Syria says "not you" to Assad. So back to the guns and ammo, thank you Assad

The Syrian people have chosen their leader and it is the president Assad. The american government and israel have failed to install a puppet government in Syria against the will of the Syrian people.
