AlQaeda terrorists have absolutely zero interest in forming any "Democracy" in Syria.

Assad is to be blamed. If he left Syria on time this wouldn't have happened. Now he's stuck and Syria is full of Al Qaida.

Why, he has said nothing negative about Canada??? You on the other hand have consistently condemned the UK with your anti-patriotic BS that you should be escorted to the border and punted. If he criticized the Canadian government in a hypocritical fashion like you do, then I would say he should go but he did not.

Don't you get it?its ok to have an opinion but to tell the leader of another Country to leave his own Country is just bloody arrogant,we saw the same thing from Blair, Clinton and Bush.

Again it is an opinion, you seem to think only your opinion counts just because you bow to Assad, while other people support the Syrian people and voice an opinion in support of Assad leaving, not sure why that is so confusing to you.

I think Cromwell has a valid point. According to NATO 70% of Syrians support Assad. If that's the case then Obama, Cameron etc have got no right to harp on about him leaving, stepping down etc only the Syrian people. Also they fail to mention the involvement of the backward medieval dust bowl that is Saudi Arabia interfering (amongst others) If other countries hadn't interfered there would be a good change this could have finished by now.

Absolutely agree! The foreign bastards who were covertly trying to force "regime change" have all of this blood on their hands.

But back up right to 3 years ago, NONE of this, not even al queda, would be here if only Assad would have talked to the protesters and compromised, soooo the blame is all his. As far as his popularity I am not sure how anyone can get a pole on that with the war going on and millions displaced so that is probably coming from SANA.
