It seems every time Obama tries to gain support, he loses support. There is a big difference between the increasing Democrat opposition and other opposition. There are three kinds. Republican/Independent opposition comes from doubt about Obama's veracity and recognition that everything he's done in the Middle East has benefited the radical terrorists. Secondly, most opposition comes from pure laziness, where the majority of Americans don't know of our involvements, care about the Football season starting, how to sell their food stamps and take a lot of drugs. The third kind is the Democrat activists... they are simply cowards and liars; they oppose military because they are cowards and believe at their core in such as 9/11 conspiracies and the mischaracterized, edited and out of context anti-American quotes they've fed themselves for decades.

America is seen as being weak. Now Russia and China are sending ships to the Mediterranean who knows what could happen with such enemies in close proximity.

The President's foolish actions over the last five years have placed America in debt to China, looking weak and foolish to Putin, and at odds through his peckish childishness in negotiations.

Time to impeach the man.. His many scandals would be food for such an action.

No no hell no. I don't want my tax dollars being spent to be Al Qaeda's air force.

Why is it that the only option we have in punishing Syria's use of chemical weapons is to attack military.

We need to build international support for UN sanctioned actions against Syria. Force is not the only sanction we can use.

The Russians have 4 ships headed for Syria, what are they going there for, what is Obama is trying to get us into.

Syrian rebels are gearing up and moving small arms in preparations for a US strike. Soon as we strike they will take that as their chance to move in. OK, lets say that our strike is effective and these rebel groups move in and take power from Assad. Now these rebel groups have control of these weapons. Who knows who these rebels are, we know some of them are Al qaeda. We going to feel safer with the Chemical Weapons in their hands.

Dope: wherever there are US ships, there are Russian ships. It has been that way for more than sixty years.

If (when) the US decides to fire Tomahawks at Syria, there isn't a damn thing Russia can or would do about it.

In actual fact: Bush put the USA in MORE debt to China and Obama has reduced that debt, fact.

It's another song and dance by the politicians to get your mind off the many other things they don'twant to discuss. It will go on until the U.N. releases their findings and no matter what they be, the politicians will say,"and look, the world has come to its' senses and are now following our example". I think the chem weapons being given to the U.N. and the conflict continuing, without us, will be the outcome.

While people think they are making decisions about going to war based on good information.

Remember the pentagon papers were not declassified until June 2011 over 40 years after they were leaked to the New York Times. Of course they were full of proof that we were intentionally lied to by the president in order to go to war in Vietnam.

We have watched both democratic and republican administration lie to us about intelligence so they could take us to war. I am not believing anything Obama says about Syria. Bottom line is they have not attacked us it is not our place.

What is not a lie is that we have been threatened with terroristic attacks if we wade in on the war in Syria. It is not our place, stay out.

Obama is a Tampon thrower.
That's about all that coward can do.
He didn't even do THAT in Benghazi.
What's he going to do against Syria?

He can't. Spending a little less is reducing the debt to him. The deficit, or unfunded debt, doubled.

The debt held by China has gone down, dickliqueer, putting aside the debt was run up by Bush.

The Buffoon was handed a budget surplus and turned it around in one year.

Do call as soon as we taxpayers are done paying off the Bush War.

It baffles me to understand why a small fraction of you people support this war.
Didn't you all learn a lesson from the Bush fiasco in Iraq and yet you
still want unnecessary war in Syria.

The only reason must be your blind loyalty to a false messiah.
