Clifford,

They just sailed like your ancestors, right?
Either in boats filled with hungry people from Europe or even worse, from Africa as slaves...

Your comment undoubtedly reflects your ignorance.

Get a life.

I just want to say what that simply it was a try of survival of human beings... which demonstrates that the human being is strong and able to face terrible situations under very unfavorable conditions... Regarding Clifford's comments, I will not lose my time debating about that... Americans are also illegal immigrants, in a different way, but illegal (Invaders)... Iraq? Stay in your country minding your own business and don't pretend to be the saviours of the world.

In regard to the Mexican fishermen, I hope they'll become an example of faith to their fellow countrymen.

Best wishes from Spain,

Jordi

If the prime minister of Iraq wanted the US to leave, we would be out of there in a heart beat. Don't give us your b s because you think you are so straigh forward. Spain has its problems too. Don't go throwing dirt in peoples faces.
If you came to the US you would do it legally. Many good Mexicans have done it legally and they say the same thing. If you got something up your skirt about the US than keep it there. You have nothing to say about us. Fisherman have always had the respect of Americans no matter where they are from.

What is the real story on this fishermen?? I as of today thought it was not possible to survive on deep sea for nine months (on those conditions) and still be so healthy and sane. They do not look that hungry at all.

UE is not America, although it conforms the American Continent... their people tend to be called "americans" when all the people livin in the continent is an american.
Please, don't forget that the americans are all the natives originally living in the continent before the 15th century.
So don't tell that UE has a problem with inmigrants. The problem is not new... and the "new inmigrants" don't have the right to tell who can pass the border...
Well... what can I say to a country that think it is the owner of the planet?

This is not about immigrants or Americans, People, this is about SURVIVAL. As a human we are able to be compassionate when needed. Let's all be that! As for the fishermen, I for one am empressed and greatful that they are alive and well.
