Proficiency in english, at this day and age of globalisation is necessary. Even more so when we are trying to expand, becoming multinational and international.

Singaporeans use English as it's one of their official languages.. and the language is the uniting factor of different groups in Singapore.

Mandarin will take over English in probably 30 to 50 yrs time.. because China man will dominate the business world!!
