Papoulias requires Macedonia to abandon Macedonianism

Papoulias said that "the more Skopje insists ideology Macedonianism, the more you encounter zatvoeni doors of NATO and EU"

Greek President Karolos Papoulias on last night's official dinner in honor of his Bulgarian counterpart Rosen Plevneliev in Athens, said that "the more Skopje insists ideology Macedonianism, the more you encounter zatvoeni doors of NATO and EU", reports Channel 5th - With former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, our position remains constructive, but stable. Monopolisation of the term Macedonia and its derivative words in the name of the state of nationality and the language does not reflect reality in the region. Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia has accepted the obligation to negotiate to find mutually acceptable final name. According to the resolution of the Security Council, this name will only be for an international or partial use. It will be a geographical qualifier for all uses. How Skopje is persistent in the ideology of Macedonianism, so will hold closed door of NATO and EU integration process frozen, said Papoulias.

All Greeks are imposters in denial of their real heritage!!

Well let’s see who is Greek?

Let’s see what make you a Greek as stated by a priest.

GREEK IDENTITY - WHAT IS GREEK

To be Greek threes only one requirement baptism by a Greek priest in a Greek church.

The 1923 population exchange between Greece and Turkey

The Treaty of Lausanne affected the populations as follows: almost all Greeks of Asia Minor including a small Turkish speaking Greek Orthodox population from middle Anatolia (Karamanlides), the Ionia region (e.g. Smyrna, Aivali), the Pontus region (e.g. Trapezunda, Sampsunta), Prusa (Bursa), the Bithynia region (e.g., Nicomedia (İzmit), Chalcedon (Kadıköy), East Thrace, and other regions were either expelled or formally denaturalized from Turkish territory, numbering up to 1.5 million people (for many authors more than 3 million). About 500,000 people were expelled from Crete, predominantly Turks, but including other Muslims, those speaking a Greek dialect intermingled with some Turkish loanwords, Muslim Roma, Pomaks, Cham Albanians, and Megleno-Romanians.

You don’t know that we gave the Bulgarian their alphabet;

In 864, Bulgaria accepted Eastern Orthodox Christianity.[19]

Bulgaria became a major European power in the ninth and the tenth centuries, while fighting with the Byzantine Empire for the control of the Balkans. This happened under the rule (852–889) of Boris I. During his reign, the Cyrillic alphabet originated in Preslav and Ohrid,[20] adapted from the Glagolitic alphabet invented by the monks Saints Cyril and Methodius.[21]

The Cyrillic alphabet became the basis for further cultural development. Centuries later, this alphabet, along with the Old Bulgarian language, fostered the intellectual written language (lingua franca) for Eastern Europe, known as Church Slavonic. The greatest territorial extension of the Bulgarian Empire — covering most of the Balkans — Following a decline in the mid-tenth century (worn out by wars with Croatia, by frequent Serbian rebellions sponsored by Byzantine gold, and by disastrous Magyar and Pecheneg invasions),[23] Bulgaria collapsed in the face of an assault of the Rus' in 969-971.[24]

The Byzantines then began campaigns to conquer Bulgaria. In 971, they seized the capital Preslav and captured Emperor Boris II.[25] Resistance continued under Tsar Samuil in the western Bulgarian lands for nearly half a century. The country managed to recover and defeated the Byzantines in several major battles taking the control of the most of the Balkans and in 991 invaded the Serbian state.[26] However, the Byzantines led by Basil II (Basil the Bulgar-Slayer) destroyed the Bulgarian state in 1018 after their victory at Kleidion.[27]

As you can see the Bulgarian adopted the Macedonian alphabet because it suited there existing language.

Now see this; Reuters Report “Curtain Falling on Greece’s Ruling Dynasts”
Posted on 09 December 2011 by Stella Tsolakidou Tags: Greek political system, nepotism, Reuters agency, ruling families. According to Reuters’ report “Curtain Falling on Greece’s Ruling Dynasts”, the end for the ruling political families in Greece is very near.
The report is explaining all the reasons why the political situation in Greece is bound to change but underlines that “nepotism and patronage are so deeply rooted, and family and clan loyalties so strong, that change will not come quickly”.
“Political culture doesn’t change overnight and Greek politics is in many ways personalistic and polarized, where the name of the family is far more important than any other credentials,” told Othon Anastasakis, director of Southeast European studies at Britain’s Oxford University to Reuters.
The current recession, however, has brought a wind of change in relative opinion polls, showing that leading PASOK and ND parties are no longer getting the former support from the Greek people as they used to.
The Karamanlis, Papandreou and Mitsotakis families have ruled Greece for almost 50 years in rotation, rendering their names the only qualification for getting at least a seat in parliament. This nepotism had turned the Greek political system into a closed profession, leaving no room for new people and new ideas.
