Rand Paul persists in effort to cut foreign aid to Libya

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., believes the majority of the public supports his effort to cut foreign aid to Libya, Pakistan and Egypt, the senator said Friday during a visit to Northern Kentucky.
