I thought Russia's main exports were prostitutes and aids? I readily admit the rest of Europe is not nearly so good at setting up mafias, contract killing, organised crime, drug running etc..etc. But I suppose the rest of the world has to let the Ruskies be good at something. And as for your army (if it could be assumed to be a fair description) well as far as I know most Rusky youngsters like it so much that they will do almost anything to avoid serving in it ha..ha.,.ha... The best statistic I read recently summed the situation up nicely and really put it into context.
The brutality in the Russian army is now so institutionalised and widespread that more Rusky soldiers die each year (more than one a day!) from abuse and beatings than the British army losses in Iraq and Afghanistan combined! What a wonderful, powerful, honourable and caring army Russia has ha..ha...ha...ha....ha..! I am sure you could rely on it whenever needed ha..ha...ha...ha..!
