I know that the current government can't make any progress except keeps using the old lingo born in Vien Sai. It might be a good idea for Chinese to take charge and develop Vientiane and Laos since too many Chinese people and no fertile land for them. Forget this, Australia would never allow Chinese to resettle in huge land in Australia. Unless, the moderate succeed in China, then Laos might have hope. Otherwise, the old cronies only know how to preach revolution and talk nice but practically, they can't produce result. For too long, the Lao people will suffer and it is up to Lao people to make the change that they have longed for.
