I think the Lao Gov. should know what had happened to these three men? The Gov. should look closer to see why and what costed the men been arrested. If Laos Gov. is a good Gov. and surely treated everyone equal, why a case like this they denied everythings. We are humen being, we are all deserved to have a good and happy life with our kids and families. What a country...arresting people and giving no reason why......what a shame to the Lao Gov.

Yes, Vietnamese was affected by agent orange...alot of people either died or affected by it. Those a the sacrifices are people are willing to make to secure the motherland. Reguardless if the country is communist or democratic, it is still the mother land for us. The sacrifices we made is not only for this war, but for thousand of years of wars with the Cham, Chinese, French, Cambodians...etc. My wife's father was executed by the North Vietnamse when they took over Vietnam!!! Yes, we suffered and make worst sacrifices than any Lao/Hmong!!! We suffered 1000 times more than any of you guys. yet, we keep on ticking. But yet, the Vietnamses don't expect hands-out, cry like little girls, and run to US gov't claiming your Hmong people suffered "so much...". This is bull! Even though Hmong helped some downed Amercian pilots, the main reason for Vang Pao is to gain some power for himself/his people in Laos. It is all about power, not about caring/loving American pilots. If we suffered due to the Agent Orange, so be it. We have a saying in Vietnam men.. "We rather die with honor than live as a coward.". Now we have a country to call home and our future vacation 2rd home is in Laos/Cambodia. |
if we all are suffered 1000 times than please show the world more respect and think first before throwing words out. thanks my friend, viet. don't take this too personal, am just a welfair person. |

you know what derekVn. I don't know what the f**k your problem is alright. You need to learn some respect around here. They are my family members and I don't like the kind of s**t your saying. You know what i'm not going to even waste my breath on you all I know is that when it comes back to you and your family is hurting that's when you'll be the one who's begging and pleading for help. Remember that karma does exist no matter if it was going to happen now or later

My lady, I know that this DerekVN he did not understand our darkest hours of time that is why he said such harsh word. One day when the times turn around and falls on him, he will know how it's feels, he will begg for mercy day in, and day out.......Please be patient!!!!..... |
thanks for your supports and given out the truth, Lao bloodlines. |
Mr. Hmoob Toj Siab, How can I not understand ur darkest hours? Our South Vietnamese families/relatives have already been thru civil wars/killings between North/South from 1955-1975. We been thru it all already! We paid the heavy price already! So what are you talking about? |
Lao bloodlines Why are you being so rough on me? I am not trying to stir problems. I am just trying to understand. |
hey!!! hey!! hey!, I only try to please the lady, and cool her down form her anger, so she wouldn't said so much bad thing for. I hope you'll understand, but therefore if is offenese you, I am not afraid to said "I am sorry".. Hmoob Toj Siab, |
Why I being so rough on you? How about you have insulted my bloodline's and dammaging my cultture. I found your comments somewhat disturbed so I respond. If I have hurt your feeling, please accept my apology. we can have a civilize conversation if you chose your topic carefully. Same apply to all of us. it can be tensed and sensitive because we're talking about people's life here, it's a matter of "life and death". again, its my bad Derek to cal you names. Hoping to tough you up a bit..lol j/k. |
It is my pleasure, and thank you for your understanding. |
no problem, lol. i am also trying to be more sensitive and not say things that might offend. but i will continue to talk/ask people about sensitive subjects. i know my views might be a slight extreme, but you all should understand it has nothing to do with commie this or commie that. as i told you earlier, our family came from south vietnam (we lost to north), so we are affected big time as well. i don't hate hmong or laos. but i do disagreed alot of some of the things the hmong community say or do...so that is why i want to understand. |
It's understandable. How about I lost a whole country to the Lao-commie!! and now my peoples are suffering big time. You're right the war ended some 30's years ago but my peoples still being killed, what sup with that? |
ok! so you are saying....the hmong community are hurting you, right? of course you are sounding like hating hmong and laos. what we do is what we do, we are not working for you, undergraduated derek. go back and learn things more from you general dad.......... |
No, the Hmong community is not hurting me 'directly'. And I am not saying that the Vietnamse people are flawless/or perfect. Not at all. This is my observation from news, newspapers, and from my american neighbors: In the last few years, info coming out from newspaper about Hmong community has not been at all positive. I am not making this up, just telling what I see in newspaper. I am sure you are familar as well. Things like Vang Pao, arrests if people travelling to Laos, murders of families in st paul, tax evasion in non-profit agencies, child rapes, child brides,...etc. i can go on and on... I am sorry if this subject is sensitive to you, but I am hearing negative comments from white people in MN. So in a way, I as Vietnamse person is affected indirectly b/c American can't distingues between the diff asian groups! AGAIN!!! I am not saying Viet are perfetc or don't do bad things. I am saying we don't get negative press like that and as often. |
