Asian Aframax Oil Tanker Rates Fall to 18-Month Low on Dearth of Cargoes
Asian rates for tankers that can carry 80,000 metric tons of oil dropped to the lowest in 18 months on a lack of fuel oil cargoes from the Middle East and holidays in China and India.
