210 million for 210 constituencies...that mean each constituency will get 1 million sh |

we wont fail before we try. i think its worth every cent of it.

I do believe that before going digital in the rural areas,we had better addressed the issue of rural electrification and the rest will be stressfree.

digital villages are long overdue;i would wish that it becomes a concerted effort including the govt to make it a reality.

thats waste of money. supply electricity to the grassroot and the country will be 'digitalised' automatically.
