Sister shot six times in 'honour' killing

A 26-YEAR-old Jordanian man was charged with murder today after his 23-year-old sister was shot dead in an apparent "honour" killing.

i kinda understand this..coz it was explained to me..but still yet..it seems so WRONG..these are family members..families are suppose to support each other no matter what!!

I am a Muslim, Jordanian American. I was raised based on the same priciples these people use as grounds to murder their wives and sisters for this stuff.

The principles don't tell you to kill anyone. They classify the act as a sin. No human has the right to exercise what God wants or decide what another human's fate is.

Islam is against these acts - don't confuse them with the religion's rules.

hmmmm - I think REGRET is enough Punishment.

Its a Sad story but i guess that Brother can live with knowing that Honor has come at a price...
