I am planning to rent an apartment in Vimercate,Italy. Since i am not an Italian citizen, what are the rules/things to be considered in taking an apartment?

Also if i am taking and apartment, what are all the things to be ensured in an apartment(fully furnished)?

I would like to know if I am coming to Italy to stay for a period of one month, would I be able to rent an apartment.

What are the requirements which are compulsory to rent an apartment.

Thanks and look forward to receiving your reply
