Dec 6, 2012 Full story: Mother Jones 165

The current U.S. strategy is not exactly a raging success-perhaps detente rather than military power is how we might breach that Wall of Mistrust with Iran.

Let's do some maths
In Sweden 9.5 milllions inhabitants of which 5 %(475.000) are not Swedish
The Swedish are therefore 9.025.000. They hold Swedish nationality.
In America, the people you are talking about are americans, they hold US nationality.
Your point is moot.
I honestly didn't have the endurance to explain all of that to him myself. Didn't he say that he's a rocket scientist or something to that effect?

Well, he sat at his computer, cutting, cutting, cutting - pasting, pasting, pasting. But did he read <or understand> what it was he was copying? He couldn't see that large discrepancy GLOWING on the page before his eyes? Quel con. Il a un poil dans la main.

Don't be an ass. If you don't know what language we speak in Sweden look it up.

You are the ass, sir. It is entirely possible that you are not a native-born Swede, but immigrated there from, say, London, and learned your Swedish as a second language. I taught English Lit and Composition for some years, so it was an educated comment.

I complemented you, and you didn't even recognize the courtesy. You didn't see it, but I tested you on several other points to see if you perhaps might be into physics and cosmology, and it went right over your frozen head. I expect that from an expat like oxy but thought you might bring more to the table. Do you actually have any friends? Are they also grey-collar laborers like you? Do you hold any graduate degrees that somehow don't show up in your comments?

When I chit-chat with someone abroad, I enjoy doing some quick research; I like to learn about their country, their geopolitics, and get a feel for what they might be like in person. That is the main reason I kill time on Topix occasionally. I can say tactfully that I doubt you'd be someone whose company I might enjoy in any personal setting. Frankly, you seem slightly off your rocker, a shallow thinker with a great but unjustified opinion of yourself. Unless you feel the need, let's leave it at that.

Fine. We'll leave it at that, shall we. The rest of your reply was less honest.
