IRANIAN MUSIC
has a deep root in thousands of years culture and civilisation. It is the basis for music of almost all region, including Turkish and arabic music (pls note that original Egyptian language, hence original Egyptian songs, have been lost after islam and replaced by Arabic music).

The seven main Dastgahs or modes (styles) of Iranian Music are: Shoor, Mahoor, Homayoon, Segah, Chahargah, Nava, and Rast Panjgah. The five Awazes or melodies are: Isfahan, Abou Ate, Bayat-e-Tork, Afsharl and Dashti.

In Turkish music (esp. Turk Traditional music) for instance they speak of Homayoon makaminda (Homayoon style music, which is Iranian).

She sings ,dance ,gigle ,happy as usual.
She has her old loyal following plus some new ones,
I had an invetation from her maneger to attend a party in New Jercy ,35 miles away from where I live ,I decline due my poor night driving,I may keep driving and wind up in Washington D.C.right at the doors of the CIA,who need that.

Even Shajarian has been a hostile target of US __Isreal asult and insult.
He used to come with band of eight players or more,at least two centor players and give New the Shake up and the earth quake too.
Now because of Viza restriction he comes alone with his young son ,which in my openion affecting his performance seriousely.

hi dear mazdak, ohhh thanks god thats better,i really thank you for the great iranian music instruments webs,ive actually sent some texts about azaries and iran and have told them that,zartosht was born in azarpadegan(place of fire=azarbijan),but they said he was born in mazar sharif???!!!!ohhh my god i have never heard such a nonsense news in my life ,there are so many evidences about it but unfortunately nobody wants to accept the truth so i gave up,i dont waste my time for endless arguements,thats why i said this site is a boring one now,if any body doesnt accept a thruth by an evidence ,he/she is a ignorant and debating with them is time wasting,many groups and politicians had attacked to iran in different aims for years and years ,but nobody could to reach his/her aims,because it is the land of the great cyrus and his powerful spirit is in there against the desease or,so nobady can divde it up or attack to it,and there is no worries,iran is iran,not like afganistan or iraq and every one knows that already.so please keepsending some useful websites like musical and scientifical ones.
