I dated and loved an Iranian women in college. I'm African-American. So it depends on the women. However, what is fact of human nature is that, no human can't help it when they're in love. And based on those deep human feelings and needs, love always transcends the color of one's skin.

The need for human contact, again transcends skin color. Ex: two people, different colors, alone living on an island. What are the chances for contact? Or falling in love?

I am going to marry an Iranian women with green eyes and black hair. My genes will not stop me. I have had a fascination since my childhood with middle eastern culture, the first girl I kissed was Arabian. I myself am, genetically, mostly a white man, though I have relatively darker skin. My eyes are hazel-green, and my hair changes colors anywhere from black to blond. I am learning arabic next year, and will go on to learn farsi after that.
