for Russia to be involved in the transfer of chemical weapons would break the chemical weapons ban they signed.

good luck in finding drivers to transport those weapons...remember what happened to the missiles Iran was attempting to transfer to Lebanon through Syria?

Now is the time to bomb Syria and Iran. Two birds with one stone. Iran is going to get bombed sooner or later. Why not now? Iran will never stop doing what's doing. They saw North Korea and decided to do the same.

I wonder what all you people would be saying if Al-Quieda had smuggled some Chemical gas from the middle-east and unleashed it in your public places in the United States and this killed a few thousand American citizens.
Or some dirty nuclear materials, smuggled from Iran, and unleashed at a children's amusement park like Disney Land and a few thousand kids' hair started to fall out.
What would your opinions be if we sent peace keepers somewhere, 5 years from now, and they got bombed with IED's of gas - smuggled from Syria - on our troops ?
we wouldnt be begging your country to respond for us, that is for sure.

Russia, and China stand with Iran, to poke at the United States President. Putin said outright that Kerry is lying about Assad using chemical weapons, and that Kerry knows he is lying. Kerry has lied to Congress before about VietNam so lying comes easy to Kerry.
KKKerry's lie is rooted in Obama's lie. I am still convinced that Obama is deliberately lying just as Bush lied about WMDs. It is a dang disgrace that we have to think of USA presidents are liars. But Bush is a proven liar, KKKlinton is a proven liar, and Obama is a strongly suspected liar on this issue.

the all have a lot to say,
in the end , nothing will change ,
The United States and allies ( which will grow as the ball gets rolling ) will have their way , Assad will be gone , lots will suffer and die and we'll move on unttl the next time.
Al-Assad is not likely to go anywhere no matter what because this matter is not a simple matter at all. It is extremely complex involving Iran and Russia and China. And it involves a potential balance in world power. The USA has the military hardware. But the USA is in deep, deep economic and financial trouble. China is economically robust and rising. Russia is economically robust. So, while Russia and China may not be able to field a huge military, they can finance a lot of trouble for the USA. And the USA is not likely to be able respond in kind, for one thing whatever it costs financially has to be borrowed from the Chinese. What if they cut USA credit? At the same time, they can finance Hizbollah to raise additional troops to mount a long term guerilla campaign. Hizbollah already 10,000 boots on the ground in Syria. There is probably three times that many in reserve in Lebanon. With Iranian, Russian and Chinese financing, they could probably triple that number in a matter of a couple of months.

There are too many possibilities that this will not turn out good for the USA. This is not a "cake walk". Besides, when the first shot is fired, the American people will take to steets whether Congress offers approval top Obama or not. Another war over there will start another economic meltdown over here. The west is still suffering from the melt down of 2007. I do not think we can afford another one. If there is another one, that will bring just that many more people into the street.

I have never seen Americans so united against government policy before. Plus, Obama has been hated since day one and is much more hated now due to his "gay rights" agenda. If he starts this war, it could seriously lead to a constitutional crisis or revolution ion this country. At a minimum, presidential powers will be curtailed. Things have changed from when Bush lied about WMDs in Iraq. I am somewhat surprised. But, I am glad that people are fed up with this non-sense

I guess you will need to spend a few 100 billion to get your military in shape to even begin to be offensive against 1 of those countries...
Or perhaps you should not advocate for war when all your country does is ask for someone else to do the heavy lifting.
And hackers tried for war crimes now? Clearly you are off your rocker...

Where do you think Assad got his WMDs? The Democrats sent Rockefeller, senator from W Virginia to give Saddam Hussein a heads up, telling him the couldn't control Bush, and we were coming t take him out, so he sent his WMDs to Syria, and Saudi Arabia. Now you get it? I doubt it. This is why we didn't want Russia to nose around looking at the WMDs. Too late. The UN will oversee the transfer to another country, and the truth will come out. Obama is an idiot. His brain was affected by all the drugs he used in college, I guess.

What do you say when American missiles down airliners, when Israeli bomb Palestinian civilians, when Israel assassinates iranian scientists when they use white phosphorus on civilians when 100000 iraqis died after Usa invaded,
not what would you say if it happened because it really happened like your Disneyland fantasy stories if only your head was not deep up your butt...

Just think when Democrats legalize pot for everyone the whole country will be as balmy headed as their politicians. Won't that be fun? Then when they do something so stupid as to give Countries a red line to cross we can all find it funny. I can't wait until 2017 to see just how many more stupid decisions they can make
