Sorry, but your tactic has zero chance of working in the real world. Stealth technology would prevent radar from detecting the inbound F-22s and how exactly would your balloon observers see a black painted F-22 with an engine shroud at night? The radio controlled helicopters you plan to use as weapons would have zero chance of overtaking an F-22. Plus, the F-22 does not actually need to overfly the target, but can use standoff weapons to kill it at a distance. Good luck with installing radio control technology that can't be jammed. There are low-tech methods that could take down an F-22, but I would not share that information with anyone that might wish to do so.

Its not about 40 years behind, new technology is still breakable by physical realities, you see, suppressing one country by economic or military or what not, is kind of unfair tactics, so my diagram for Iranians is better than upgrade on the Migs, at least it will give a running bet on F22 pilots ? Any positive comments please - the above wasn't +'ve regard military tactics I was just bored to reply back?

So Iran will prepare in case it is necessary to use the MIG-29. I think the old F-14 are far better than the MIG-29 updated.

Tel that to Iraq and explain the YF-117 to them. It is now obsolete, as are you.

Look up bi-static radar technology. Most nations can afford this technology, which can detect stealth aircraft.

The Revolutionary Guard reports directly to the Ayatollah. Unlike the regular armed forces.

One, most nations cannot afford to buy and operate it. Two, it is massively vulnerable to many active and passive countermeasures. Three, stealth is not a static technology; it changes. Sealth in the offence operates as part of a broad array of weapons and platforms.
List for us the nations now using bistatic radar as a matter of course.
