The US should immediately expel the UN and leave the body. It would be far more advantageous to form alliances with states friendly to us and far cheaper in capital outlay. 95% of the present UN body hates the US !!! Still the US sends aid to them......outrageous. Let them swallow their own vomit. Any physical aid we send to these vultures never gets where it is intended and the top dogs of the recipient states swallow the aid and sell it to build their personal wealth at the expense of the needy.

Here is the cure for high oil prices in the US. The US exports over 60 billion dollars worth of food to the Middle East alone, Mainly Saudia Arabia, seems like we could use food as a leverage. I mean they are using the their oil as one, we could produce enough food to supply all their needs and ours, and it would be mutually beneficial. We already export 70% of the worlds wheat supply, why not start a food cartel and USE our resources as a leverage?

Yes, we are the Saudi Arabia of food production. What you are suggesting is actually in the works as we speak. We are going to flex our muscles, but it will be in the markets, and not on the television. watch food prices rise. yes, we will paymore too, but overall it will be other countries that will pay big time!!

It's a lot easier for SA to find all the food they need and pay for it than it is for the U.S. to find all the oil we need and pay for it.

Apples and oranges. Food grows in many places, but you can't pull oil out of the ground for a few dollars a barrel just anywhere.
