Recently an open letter was sent to the dominican president by the haitian elite denouncing the treatment of haitians in the DR. Who are these elite and where have they been hiding? After i read this news on the paper and looaked somethings up it seems to me like the haitian elite need to be adressing a letter to themselves before anyone else.
As haitians, do you feel that the elite in Haiti have done anything positive for the country? What are your opinions on these so called elites?
